Was shopping here on Saturday April 1, 2017 my receipt shows me checking out at 2:43 pm I was in Kalis lane. I spent over $220 CASH the first time forgot several things went right back in and spent another $120 CASH time stamp on this receipt 3:43 in Victorias lane. Apparently I was stereotyped as a shoplifter. I noticed every isle that I went down the assistant mgr she had on black pants white top a short lady I believe to be middle aged with dark brown shoulder length or just above her shoulders hair mysteriously appeared and then when I noticed her on several occasions she tried to appear as if she was working. However I thought this was very strange she just happened to appear everywhere that I was mind you I wasnt the only customer in the store I even saw a gentleman in meats dept watching me wtf ! Then to top it off she came right next to the register where I was checking out I guess to see if I had stolen something in my purse. She peered over in my purse while I was unloading it on to belt. It was I had a shopping cart full of groceries so therefore I had my purse in the front so I could easily access my coupons as I shopped as well as my cell phone. I guess she thought my cart was too full and I needed to put some of the groceries in my very small

I miss going to W/D with my exgirlfriend, Karen. When Karen & Valentine 1st moved in, I was leery, but the longer they lived with me, I was more comfortable with BOTH of them, especially, Valentine. She felt like my own family that I havent had in years. I would wait outside with Valentine, Karens 13 year old dog, & people would come by & praise her constantly. 1 lady with her husband & kids even stopped by when they came out of W/D & bought Valentine some treats. She loved them!! Thank u, & God bless u & ur family as He has blessed me & my 2 sons whoever & wherever u r? Shes such an adorable, beautiful dog because she never let ANYONE in our home. Shes an EXCELLENT watch dog, too. I miss BOTH of them dearly. I wished that I had BOTH of them back. IF by ANY SLIM chance anyone knows them, Karen rides a 3 wheel adult trike (3 wheel bicycle for adults) & ALWAYS has Valentine in the back of her bike basket with her EVERYWHERE she goes, but PLEASE, tell them BOTH for me that, "I LOVE Y

15 years of decent service there (including previous owners like Sweet Bay) imploded in frustration for me today, earning this rating. With so few customers in the store, I should have been in and out with my 2 items in just a few mins. Long story short, the service was so terribly slow that I my 2 items (a card and nuts) are likely still sitting by the closed 10 items or less register. I just gave up and walked out. My suggestion, find out why a floater didnt go back up the deli area, and when the <10 items line is closed, have the customer service person scan the long lines for people having such few items that they arent carrying a basket.

Just shopped here for the first time because I thought it would be cheaper, but the bagger lady forgot to put some bags in my cart when I was leaving so I had to drive all the way back to the store to pick them up. Been shopping at Publix for years and never had this problem. How hard is it to bag groceries and put them in the cart?!? And when I went to pick them up they had other bags sitting on the service counter so it looks like they make this a regular inconvenience for people. Great job Winn Dixie! never shopping there again.

Never get the bogos right at register, remodeling store, its a mess, selection of meats is very poor, pushing ranchers home meats that are too tough to eat... fixing to go back to publix, they are higher prices, but they are always stocked and NEVER have to go back due to overcharging, happens every time at winn-dixie. Used to be a very good place to shop, not anymore

Poor customer service from Saly. One line open with a huge line. Cashiers are rude and unresponsive. Had to request for them to open another line. Store director Brad just standing around doing nothing advised me that although hes name tag says store director hes not from this store.

Consistently does not have enough cashiers or baggers. Otherwise employees are very helpful and pleasant when able to find one available for help. Doesnt have a very good selection of produce and often expired or has flies
