My brother, my friend, and I all went in with the intention of buying a cake. We made a direct bee line for the bakery section and started looking at the various products. Within 5 minutes, an employee came up to us and told us to leave the store without explanation. I asked if they were closing, and he just repeated his previous statement. We head towards the front of the store and get near the checkout stands when he adds in that if we ever come back on property, hell call the police and file a restraining order. I then inquire harder about why he was saying this, and he accused us of knocking over merchandize from the shelves in the isles. I tried to inform him that we were never in the isles and we falsely accused, but he wouldnt listen and continued acting hostile. We were redirected to the manager with the same story, and although he was a bit more compliant and listened to us, he still eventually dismissed it, and wouldnt answer any of our further questions either. Long story short, the staff was extremely unfriendly and uncompliant, and simply went off assumptions as truth. Not to mention the price of that cake was ridiculous too. Good thing I dont live near Cherrydale, because Im never coming back here again, and I have a high dislike for the general store chain now due to this incident.

This is my second choice go to grocery but only because the Ingles on stallings road is a bit closer. Staff has always been friendly!! I truly wish there were more of these stores.. The bakery is above most and their desserts are delish. You mango or non-mango lovers Must try their mango pie. I have never cared for mango but visited on a Saturday where they were giving out free samples. Only did I try because the representative for ingles that helped me with my sampling had so much personality.it was truly love at first bite. I also love their cornbread muffins and purchase them weekly for my mom and I.. I also like the fact that during summer months I do not have to heat my house up when I am in need for CB and milk. Did I tell you that all ingles have the best chicken salad ever and that they make their own croissants. They are delicious and easily paired up with their chicken salad, ham or pimento cheese for a yummy brunch . Love their baked goods but also love that ingles baking isle is loaded with box cake mixes, extracts and endless toppings for the perfect dessert!! Keep up the great work ingles. Thank you for a great store with awesome prices!!

Always takes forever for a sandwich to get made at this ingles(poinsett hwy). Not even going to try anymore. The employees really struggle with the process of making a sandwich too. The girl today just balled the sandwich up and wrapped it lol. Didnt say anything because you could tell she was struggling. Other than the sandwich department, produce usually doesnt look very good and the fish usually looks worse. This was last visit for me. Not hard to get better service than this location.

prices are always great,and love most locations, I live closest to this one and visit often after 10pm. There night manager is probably the worst I have encounted at a grocery store, he will not help associates, hell leave one lane open and take his sweet time to come and do any manager functions on the register, no matter how long the lines get because of W.I.C. or other procedures that require a manager approval.....

This Ingles has a HUGE organic and specialty program, wonderful salad bar, just a great store. Too bad many of the cashiers and employees are asswipes as it makes the experience not worth the selection. This is not a one time thing but every time I have gone there, down to once a week due to necessity, or 911 shopping needs.

While shopping, an off the clock employee (Donovan) still in his uniform followed me around the store. He was very obviously not shopping. He checked out and waiting for me to check out. When I told the manager all she said was "ok thanks". So, if youre looking for good customer service you should probabaly go elsewhere.

Ingles has been my favorite grocery store for over 40 years. Selection, prices, and convenience are all excellent, and the specialty items now being offered at the Locust Hill Road Greer store are a welcome change to the generic offerings at other grocers.

This Ingles has everything! My favorite store since I moved. Oh and it is so close to my house. Makes running to the store real quick a real thing. My favorite items this store has that is unique is the olive bar and cheese fondue! Yum!

Store cleanliness could have been better. Checkout clerk didnt respond when asked how are you doing today nor to a simple thank you. Its the most simple things that make a difference.

Only go here when I cant get what I need at Publix. Ingles has a much bigger selection of almost everything. The people who work at ingles are unhappy and it shows.
