Im very surprised to see negative reviews. I have been taking both my pets to the SPCA of Brevard exclusively for about 3 years now. The prices are unbeatable and the staff has never been anything less than wonderful. Shots, surgeries, prescriptions, check-ups - I use SPCA as my primary vet for both my cat and dog, even though its 30 minutes out of my way, because its affordable and the staff is INCREDIBLY helpful and friendly. It seems that the people giving negative reviews are those that didnt get to adopt the dogs they wanted because adoptions are first-come-first-serve. Please dont consider these negative reviews as a reflection of the staff or services, because in my experience the SPCA of Brevard exceeds my expectations and does so for a fraction of the cost of traditional veterinary care. I am a customer for life.

People were not friendly. I made and appointment and showed up early just so i could get checked in and still didnt get into a room until about an hour after my appointment. The vet was rude and I wasnt happy with the exam that I paid $40 for that they hardly looked at my dog. And then made me get another $30 unless test to be able to get any preventative medication. Also they gave another puppy medication that wasnt approved by the owners when i was there and then got lucky that the puppy was just old enough for it. What would have happened if the puppy had already had it or wasnt old enough. Thats not even safe. Not even worth one star. And if I end up having to go back Im not letting them do anything to my animal without explaining in detail what it is and what its for and Why they need it......

I have been taking my fur babies to the SPCA of North Brevard for 4 1/2 years and would not go any place else. Dr. Noble, who left the SPCA last year was a fantastic vet. He treated all of my babies and especially our dear Precious who we lost to kidney failure in December 2013. He and the staff were so very loving and attentive throughout her 2 year battle. We moved from Titusville to Patrick AFB in early 2012 and with a lot of thought decided to try a vet clinic closer to our home. Well, that didnt work out! We took one of our kitties to the new vet and were not too happy so I got on the phone and asked the SPCA if we could come back. They gladly said, yes! I have referred the SPCA to everyone I know that is looking for pet care. They are the BEST!

Compliants ?? - Have gotten nothing but good friendly service from them. We have been using them for several years now. Always professionsl . If we had to wait at times it was because someone else was before us and they were just as concerned about their pets as we were ours. When it came to our turn they were very attentive to our needs. And concerned for our pets. If you ask me they seem to be overworked if nothing else. They take care of a lot of people. Some people just expect too much and demand too much . . !! I paid for a full exam, and wasnt seen by a doctor. The exam was not thorough, and something I could have done myself. The estimate did not include the dewormer they ended up giving, which should have been a part of an estimate to show the highest it could possibly cost. I understand being short staffed, but to charge for a full exam when it was a vet tech appointment, was unreasonable, to me. They were very nice and work hard, however, I dont feel that I got my moneys worth.

I also had a bad experience ive been vcalling for a month about the puppies in the hording case i ask if there was a waiting list or a deposit i was told no first come first serve...never once mentioned. To fill out application ahead of time.Now im being told the ones who filled out application will get them first. ..wow ...very unorganized. ...very disappointed. ..clearly these people who work there are the ones getting first dibs. Or people they no.....yall suck staff ....

Not even worth 1 star! I made an appointment for 2:30pm and sat there till 4:30pm. People were walking in and being seen right away. I even asked a woman behind the counter if she could see if the Dr could see me now and all she said was "I dont know but Ill figure it out when Im done" and nothing ever happened. My cat was barely hanging on for life and they couldnt of cared less. I ended up walking out, Ill never go back.

The people there love animals and are good at what they do. Their rates are really low, especially for neutering. Theyre quick and decently curteous, theyre polite but dont go overboard like youre doing them a favor by coming because you arent. They dont charge out the wazoo like some vets, who then have to suck up and be polite to keep you coming. Overall great place for the value.

Their customer service SUCKS! They are VERY RUDE, interrupt you, and youre treated like a child! Just go to H.A.L.O. They are miles better and they have people that actually care about you and the animals. These people who work here are just collecting a paycheck at this point. They do the minimum amount of work and the little that they do is a joke. Youre DOING WRONG!!!

I was recommended to go here and heard this place was wonderful and the sad thing is it may be. The customer service I experienced today was horrible. The initial check in was very nice and polite but the person behind her keep interrupt ing and was rude. We will be driving the 45 minutes back to our old vet where the employees are friendly.

Very respectful & caring to our beloved 4-footed little blessings & to us in respect to our concerns about them. I highly recommend this dedicated team..

the charge you for unaltered dogs. they also upcharge you on everything. paid over 200 dollars for vet visist saying it was a fungal infection. turned out it was fleas... wanted me to put him on special dog food.. they basic stuff is cheaper than most however they will say alot more is going on than it is

I went there in hopes of getting services my pet needed unlike most vets that sadly make you feel like your pets health is nothing but a price tag. Well, seems they are ALL about the up sell. If you say no they make you feel like the worst pet owner on the planet. Ugh...

They are awesome. Super willing to work with you if you are unable to adopt a specific cat same day, and can normally put a hold on them. They were fast efficient and super friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to adopt a forever pet!!!!!!
