The store manager, Ronald, is the worst! He is incredibly rude and just stared us down like we were beneath him. He wasnt nice and clearly has no customer service training. Im surprised he has a job here. All the other people who work here are so nice and then he comes out and he is just rude. We were supposed to be participating in a upcycled fashion event so we came to pick up 3 items of choice and when we got to the register, he said we werent on the list. But he never asked for our names so how did he know? Instead he proceeded to talk down to us and was not friendly at all. Id say its time to hire a new manager.

I only giving them a 4 cause they have no dressing rooms! But I guess thats whole lot easier on them! Other than that, one day I was in a quick hurry and the lady working at the front helped me found a black pair of pant ls by directing me right where I needed to go even though she had a line of people and could have been rude and said she couldnt help cause of her line

I love going here to shop. I do hate the fact that there is no dressing room especially when you are unsure about an item. Sometimes its hard to tell fit in a hanger but at least you have the 7 day return policy

We scored an awesome couch and love-seat for 85 bucks. It looks almost brand new. The staff are very friendly and they provide delivery service for a flat fee.

Second Wednesdays clothes are half off. The last Wednesday of each month everything but shoes is half off. Ive walked out with a huge bag for about $25.

Very large inside with a lot of inventory. Friendly cashiers most of the time. Some days staff is a bit unorganized.
