I really want to give this place five stars, but the wait time and the service was so inefficient that I honestly cant. I came in with pretty high hopes based on the reviews here. And I had seen lots of photos of these donuts circling around social media. They looked so unique and different and I was so excited! I came in on Saturday and a few people were in line. I just had the cashier pick four different types of donuts for me to try as part of the 16 donuts I ordered. I got the chocolate peanut butter donuts, the cinnamon sugar donuts, the maple bacon donuts and the smores donuts. The ordering process was pretty efficient but thats where the efficiency ended pretty much. There were three people making donuts in front of me and it was literally the slowest process ever on account of the kids working there sitting there socializing the whole time. The line was getting pretty big at this point but they were still joking around, all fully aware of how many people were beginning to pile up. There were two people in front of me and I waited for probably about 25 minutes. The people working there even thanked me for waiting so long! The donuts themselves were pretty good. I really liked the flavors, especially the cinnamon sugar one and the bacon one. They were all delicious but I would pretty much never wait in a line for that long again. I was there for 40 minutes for 16 donuts which is absurd to me. Ill come back and hopefully update this review but I really have to be wowed by a more impressive turnaround time. The donuts are easily worth five stars but the wait was sheer insanity.

This place gets 6 stars! The owner, Patrick was gracious enough to take time out of his day to greet us with a warm welcome, and talk to us about the mini doughnuts and his mini doughnut business. The customer service was off the charts excellent! Speaking of doughnuts, these are really delicious! I like the size. They give me the ability to try several different flavors without all the guilt. You can pick from a list of popular combos, or you can customize from a huge list of toppings. They have vanilla doughnuts through the week, and on the weekends, you can choose between chocolate and I believe blueberry was added to the list (subject to change), all made to order. Thats right, all the doughnuts are made fresh AFTER you order. At this time, this business is still new and change is a constant. The owners are working hard to provide a quality, innovative product, and it shows! They have gluten free items, if youre trying to avoid gluten. Personally, I like gluten. In addition to doughnuts, they have an assortment of different coffees and teas, along with several other beverage options. The inside is fresh and clean, with modern decor. I really enjoy the ambience. Theres always music playing, not too loud, but not too soft either. Its nice and upbeat! I felt comfortable while sipping my tea and waiting for my doughnuts.

DO NOT go here. What a waste of time and money. This was the worst experience ever. It was fun watching the doughnut makers but thats wheres the fun ends. The flavors and place were awful. Ill explain. The boston cream flavor had no cream so it was a plain chocolate doughnut. The snickers was just chocolate and nuts. Isnt that just a chocolates doughnut with nuts? The butterfinger was wet and worst of all was my favorite flavor, the maple bacon. The bacon was hard as a rock and thec rest was rubbery and so greasy. It was absolutely awful. I said so on a facebook comment and was told they would "redeem themselves" if id pm them and tell them exactly what happened. I did and I got nothing but excuse after excuse and nastiness that turned into rudeness. This guy writing me was so rude. Ill never go here again. I like gas station doughnuts so much more. Dont waste your money. Dirty floors, filthy counters, etc., loud people, kids everywhere, no place to sit. Not a nice place at all. Stick to krispy creme and dunkin. At least dunkin has good coffee

Went on a Monday, where chocolate was not available...a bit racist & not good for chocoholics. Disappointment #1. The donuts themselves are way too dense, sitting like rocks in our stomachs. Even my husband, who can eat anything, threw it out after the first bite. Disappointment #2. Went really simple for first time to get a flavor of the dough itself, was ok. The only one we liked was the cream puff and reeses. The simplist one, white donut with chocolate icing was not good at all... really. That shouldve been the best. Disappointment #3. From the website & marketing, we got the idea that we could decorate the donuts ourselves... Nope, the fun was done for you & our lady was learning, so we got our order after people behind us. Disappointment #4 & 5. We all have different tastes. I grew up with a father as a chef... enough said. Its an experience in creating, but not flavor, at least for me & my family. Overall, Id try it out to see if its for you. But we probably wont go back.

There’s about a dozen PRE-DESIGNED CLASSICS WITH A TWIST OR you can follow the four steps and CUSTOMIZE YOUR OWN FOR THE SAME PRICE. This is a great time to be creative because—be for real—you’re not going to want to eat just one anyway. And everything is decorated ONLY ONCE YOU ORDER. The Cotton Candy (Berry Frosting with Cotton Candy Pop Rocks) was freaky fun because of the Pop Rocks. Both that and the Rice Krispy Treats were very sweet… expected with that combination. MAPLE ICING AND BACON IS PROBABLY THE BEST COMBO because of the sweet, savory, and salty mix. Unfortunately there were NO FRESH FRUIT TOPPINGS. Both their GLUTEN-FREE DONUTS and regular are the cakey type but you almost don’t notice that. Despite being miniature, everything here is so rich- it was difficult for me to finish without needing water.

Girlfriend liked the place, maybe we simply caught it at a bad time. customers were lined up to the door, and the staff didnt really seem to mind. I dont know much about making donuts but none of the staff seemed particularly interested in working quickly. they were friendly to us however, and most everyone seemed happy to be there, just really really slow. also, none of the staff (which consisted of mostly girls) had hairnets in, and only about half were wearing gloves. kind of gross. there wasnt any place to wait once you ordered, mostly everyone was standing around so you couldnt really differentiate between the line of people ordering and people who were waiting. three stars because I can appreciate a family owned business and a friendly staff.

The food is great. But the shopping center its located in is horribly small. The business is facing a very busy road, very limited parking, it always looks crowded, it took us 5 minutes to find parking. There is literally a sign post/grassy area in front of a parking spot in the middle of the parking lot. It not only makes that particular spot inaccessible, it also creates an unnecessary obstacle for drivers entering or leaving the shopping plaza. On the bright side, the shop itself is very clean, well lit, friendly staff, & good atmosphere. I just wish they would get a better location, never driving there again, too much hassle. Next time Ill just use a delivery service, less chance of getting in an accident.
