Ive been working with Laura, she is knowledgeable and friendly and is helping me through the design process for my house remodel. I give her 5 stars, but I am not happy with the store manager (Jenny? Ginny?) who Ive seen treat employees and customers very rudely. This is why I downgraded to four stars.
