I brought my Viking 1 in for repair, having been advised this store fixes all makes and models. After having my machine for 9 business days I called to see how my repair was progressing and was informed they were behind and would get back to me today, 11/14/2016, about it. 2 hours later I was called and told my machine could not be fixed by keep me in stitches. I was told it has "electronic issues" and could only be repaired by a Viking dealer. They also said they could not obtain Viking parts to do the repair. When I asked what they meant by "electronic issues", could they be more specific , they just kept repeating it has "electronic issues". If they could decided it needed a Viking dealer to fix it, they should have been able to tell me specifically what was wrong with my machine. If they had tried to repair my machine, they would,know what was wrong with it. I think they never looked at my machine and made up the "electronic isssue". If you have an older machine, dont take it here, its a waste of time. They do not fix electronic machines, because if they did, mine would have been repaired. If they fix electronic machines they would have been able to specify what was wrong with mine that they could not fix.

Keep Me In Stitches is the best! I went to the grand opening and had such an incredible time. The staff is knowledgeable and so helpful. Anytime I go in I end up staying for hours and playing with all of the machines. They offer a wide variety regardless of skill level. I can not wait to visit again soon!

Love, Love, Love this store! The staff is very helpful and friendly. The classes are very informative and the instructors are amazing. I trust my machines to them for service and repair. If I have a question they are the first place I call. Check them out!
