I have some much needed advice for this location since you are just opening. To attract the wealthy Weston crowd, you should probably do a mass mailing of postcards and/or flyers announcing your opening. Weston residents have a tendency to not stray too far from their comfort zone a/k/a house. This particular shopping center is located at the far north end of Weston. The only anchor that has been there since I moved into the area 22 years ago was a Winn Dixie and Staples, now its Orchard, but that space has been vacant for a long, long time until now. Hopefully, word of mouth will eventually help this location but like me, who has never heard of Orchard until I went to the opening on Federal Highway a couple months back, everyone I have talked to sees the name on the sign, and assumes it is just another "hardware" store, which of course its not. The store is beautiful, the floral area is stunning, the salespeople are amazing, but if you really want to see your numbers soar, youve got to let the people of Weston know WHO you are, and WHERE you are located. -Chris

We stopped by Orchard Hardware this afternoon because my husband needed some special bolts for a project of his. This is the first time we have been to Orchard and we both were very pleased with how clean the store was and how friendly the people were. A store employee immediately asked my husband if he could help with anything and was very knowledgeable. He got exactly what he needed and I picked up some Christmas supplies myself. This is a great neighborhood hardware store that we plan to come back to often.

I have been here several times and each time I leave with the same question... is this where all the nice people have gone? No other hardware store has their selection, their organization and definitely not the quality of staff they have. Everyone is super nice and knowledgeable, this is my new permanent hardware store 100%

I really like this place. Its kinda in between an Ace hardware and a Lowes. Great nut and bolt section a lot of tools and paint. But their Christmas stuff was really cool. They have some awesome home decor items. Ill be back often! Almost feels like an organic market place oddly enough lol. Loved it.

Awesome place. All new and plenty of variety of everything! Is like a beautiful Home Depot or Loews but much much better! Love it! Even my kids were entertained with the beautiful paint color samples and variety of containers for different uses...

Great store, awesome service. Stop spending hours looking for something at Home Depot without getting any type of help. At Orchard from the time you enter the store there is someone willing to help you. Prices are around the same as HD.

This is what customer service is all about! Prices are low and they have amazing products you cant get anywhere else like this Weather Wash Stains. This stuff turns raw wood into barn wood!!!
