Made a point of patronizing this store a couple of years ago when we relocated to this area. Seemed like the right thing to do over the nameless big boxes like Lowes and Home Depot. My son was looking for his very first job and was led on by this place for weeks. Clean cut, well raised, eighteen year old. Just to receive a phone call telling him he wasnt hired after having him come up there multiple times and tell him how impressive his knowledge was. They get to hire anyone they want to hire and I get to take my business anywhere I want to take it. I dont care for how these folks treat people. So my business will go elsewhere.

When the Ace on Minton shut down I was devastated. I had grown to love the employees there as they help this penny pinching mom on several occassions complete DIY projects or repairs. I almost cried when I found many of the same employees move to this site. Still the same friendly faces (and a few new ones) AND the same attentive family friendly staff as i had grown to love. I went in for a toilet flapper and left with some friends. I love this location!

I love all Ace Hardware stores but my local one is my favorite. Theyre always welcoming, friendly and VERY helpful! They have a GREAT selection of wild bird food and great prices.
