I have been a faithful customer of Walgreen`s Pharmacy for over 25 years until today!! I finally took my service elsewhere today with a family owned Pharmacy!! The Walgreen`s store here in Sun City Center that I have had all my prescriptions with for almost 2 years now has gotten real bad at keeping up to date with my records and sending and calling old doctors that I have not been a patient of for a long time now!! I have repeatedly advised them of my current primary doctor!! And they have had a problem with getting my prescription orders correct here recently also!! They place the blame on Obamacare,and I say bull crap to that!! What they need to do is,go back and review their customer service manual.

I will give zero Stars if possible, the service is terrible, the employees are very rude, and they treat customers with no respect. I am tired of paying overpriced prescriptions and get the worst service ever, you get way better prices sevice going to Walmart or the CVS across the street. I will never go there again, not recommended!

Its taken me eight phone calls to renew a prescription. The doctor had to send it in several times and then it wasnt even ready when I went to pick it up. They promised it several times and were annoyed with me for trying to pick it up.
