N Head

I always appreciate how Walgreens kept their store clean and quiet. This particular Walgreens is helpful with items on the shelf but when it comes to the pharmacy and order pick up, its a head ache. They always call you to let you know your item arrived, once you get their they have no clue where it is and then tell you they forgot it comes tomorrow, 30 minutes later has past. The employees here need to be organize and know whats going on in their work place, dont call me unless you have my item ready in your hand. Other than that this corner Walgreens is a good place to shop. Pharmacy has to get their act together, make sure you have my item in that store before you call. Time is money, if your wasting time your wasting money. Dont waste peoples time.

There is a female pharmacist who is exceptionally demeaning. The rest of staff is very friendly. She often refuses to fill prescriptions and is very condescending. I leave without medication feeling like a criminal. Only one. Sad because I would give 5 stars as I appreciate the rest of staff always friendly and helpful. Practicing medicine w/o license, denial of Care and refusing md orders. Since I have no choice but to use Walgreens may have to pursue legal complaints as this is every month.

If they could get rid of the entire pharmacy staff and hire new people who actually care and enjoy their job then I would give this store 5 stars. In my eyes this pharmacy doesnt deserve any stars at all. The actual store I would give at least 4 stars. I switched all my scripts to a completely different company all together.

Everyone is so nice there! Moved all my prescriptions from the other St Cloud location to this one. Was a huge difference!
