I am very unhappy with the way Davies and staff handle my requests for compression stockings that are ordered by my doctor for a serious condition. My insurance compensates 80% of my cost and since Davies has to write-off a portion of their cost, they seem to continue to mess up my order by ordering the wrong color, or style or type of compression stockings. I have had to go to the manager constantly and they still mess up my order. I think they are upset because they do NOT receive full reimbursement and this affects their "bottom line". I have 3 incorrect orders in the last 8 months. I have had to deal with rude, incompetent staff members and it never seems to get resolved. They are more concerned with getting 100% reimbursement than serving the needs of the Aultman patients and community. I have had to file a grienvence with Primetime Insurance and complain directly to Aultman Hospital for the way I have been treated.

Davies was my pharmacy years ago. They were awesome!! They were attentive to my pharmacy needs and did everything possible to be sure those needs were met. In addition, they were so very friendly to everyone who entered!! I remember Dave very fondly! He was so very helpful and sweet!! I just admired him and his sons who followed in his footsteps! Folks, if you have never met them, go there and you wont regret it! They also deliver!!

Fantastic service and friendly staff. A very caring pharmacist. I forgot to give him some important information regarding the delivery of my prescriptions for the next day, and he actually came outside to the parking lot after me to get the information! He cares about his customers that much! Davies is family owned and a third generation of this family is now serving their customers.

I have used this pharmacy for over 20 years professionally and personally. Davies provides my patients with the medications they need when the other big local chains cannot. There pharmacists are hands down the best !!! Davies strives to give good customer service while getting the customer an affordable medication that they need.
