I go to this WF only when I absolutely need to, such as to buy the brand of hair care products and supplements that I cant find anywhere closer to me, and that would cost too much extra for shipping to order them online. Otherwise, I would never come here. The service is always rude and cold to me, and I cant explain why as I am not a demanding or pushy customer. I never even ask for help, because I prefer to find and figure things out on my own, but especially at this store, because Im afraid of the attitude I would get if I did dare to ask for any help. You would think the company would invest a bit more in making their employees happier, since everything is so overpriced. I honestly DREAD every single time I have to go this store. Maybe its the neighborhood because the other shoppers I encounter while I am here are not any nicer than the employees--loud, pushy and all too willing to shove people out of their way. Just total rudeness all around. So, maybe I cant blame employees for having to deal with it all the time. But then again, at the Trader Joes nearby, employees are a whole lot nicer, and the only reason I dont go there more often is they dont carry the same products whole foods does. But the price and the treatment is much better at TJs.

Where do I begin? Kevita Kombucha always different flavors available.Cold Drinks should be inside a fridge with doors. Almond Milk,Cashew Milk,Coconut Milk,Hemp Milk,Rice Milk,Pea Milk,Soy milk only store I know that sells more than three plant based milk should also be in a fridge with doors. Fresh produce like Strawberries,Blueberries,Grapes & many other items on that aisle should also be inside a fridge with doors. Cilantro,Parsley,Kale,Spinach,Collard greens,Broccoli should be sealed inside a bag also inside a fridge so it can last longer. Vegan Popcorn,Vegan Tortilla Chips,Vegan Marshmallows,Vegan Candy awesome for snacks always available. Organic Dairy Products?Cow milk is for cows! Animals dont get asked to be Slaughtered,Everything that animal goes through before being murdered fear,sadness,stress you will feel that too.

Beautiful place, a lot of mouth watering items with a great selection of products. Only giving it a 3star for now because one need to watch out while shopping there. The mesmerizing displays and the succulent smell of the baked goods veiled my usually vigilant eyes and i ended up hitting myself against a "dump bin", cutting the flesh between my ring finger and my little finger. These "dump bins" are made of transparent acrylic (aka plexiglass) with very sharp 90° angle corners (enough to poke a childs eye out and blind them forever). i informed the manager on duty and recommended to him to at least put some silicon rubber on the edges but never received a follow up from anyone (reason for my 3 stars).

They sold us a filet of salmon and when we got to the house the salmon was full of parasites *BIG WORMS" went back to the store not knowing what i would do but concerned that they would keep selling it. When i asked for the manager they told me it was this guy named Oscar who told me that it was a perfectly normal condition of big fish and that I should GOOGLE IT the card he gave me had Roshonda Bowens name. So I guess if you want to buy perfecly normal salmon this is the place to go if you dont mind the WORMS they dont charge more for them. He tried to give me a $10.00 gift card to make me happy can anyone believe that!! Will contact the dept. of health and anyone else willing to listen.

Got extremely sick on April 4th with contaminated raw shrimp cilantro lime burger prepared at the store sold with the raw fish. Burger stank like strong urine. I cooked it thinking it would be ok. Disgusting. I was wrong. I had severe diahrea, painful cramps for 1 month. Had to see doctor and get antiparasite medicine. Told manager and filled out report, but whole food insurance has not called me. Ive been going to Whole Food Markets more than 20 years. I will write letter of complaint to CEO.I dont want other customers getting sick. And they are selling this burger at Pinecrest and Out Miami stores. Dont buy any raw food prepared at the store!!!

Whole foods in general is an overpriced brand that focuses on organic, natural and health products. Having said that, they do carry some questionable products that dont quiet fit the bill. Overall, when looking for supplements and other vegan products, their selection is probably the most impressive of any other store I have been to. Some locations, including this one offer take-away prepared food. This store is not one of the best in that category and I much rather get my prepared food at the downtown Brickell location.

This market makes me feel quite comfortable, mainly because I dont have to read every label. They dont accept any foods containing trans fat, high-fructose corn syrup, artificial colors, and other questionable additives. That is certainly not true of even those markets that sell clean food -- they are not exclusively clean. Whole Foods also marks their produce as "conventional" or "organic", which helps in choosing.

Place is good but the bakery is not well run they cant keep it stocked with the popular items, and when i asked why they always run out of chocolate chip cookies, the response was they sell to fast,. So i asked why not make more, at a dollar per cookie your making money, the person behind the counter look at me lost... no worries Whole foods i got my cookies at norman brothers and also lots of other things,

This Whole Foods is great! I love coming here to buy fresh flowers, fruits and veggies, and other goodies. They have a nice selection of interesting and unique products that Ive never seen at other grocery stores. They also have really good freshly prepared foods for a quick meal or snack. The food quality is the same as many restaurants for half the price. The employees are all very nice and friendly.

I have to deal with the nightmare that is south beach whole foods. Compared to that disaster this place is GREAT. Its a shame they stopped break fast bar though :(. But i like that they carry Applegate farms turkey Bologna which is HARD to find now in other whole foods. Keep up the good work. Friendly staff. At least compared to sobe whole foods which is a joke

I like this Whole Foods. I was happy to hear that they are going to expand. The cashier told me they are moving to 104th St and will have a cafe that can seat 100 people (right now their cafe is tiny). I have also taken classes here that were fun and interesting - hopefully they can expand their classes too.

This whole-foods disappoints me. Customer service must be uplifted, seafood and meat servers are not friendly and always rush me without asking me if I need anything else. The sample bins are always empty during the weekdays 7-9pm. Please look into Allen Texas store as your model of customer service

Terrible customer service from cashier, I was placing the items in the grocery carousel when the she didnt stop it and a bottle of wine that end up breaking, she didnt apologies she just put it away and kept charging like if I was dealing with a robot, her name is daychelle, never coming back here
