I had never been to this Publix...tired of going from one to another trying to find all the items I needed. One day, I went to the doctors office in this mall when I saw this Publix and decided to try it for my next grocery shopping, and OMG it was such a wonderful experience! Not only did I find every single thing I usually buy, but they all speak English, they are so courteous, friendly and helpful!!! Thats it for me, loved this place! Totally different atmosphere...even the customers are different, made me feel right at home! Thanks guys!

Tried ordering in person two trays for an event, language barrier, no service, very dismissive attitude as if I iwas imposing on their social time, no one could be bothered with taking my order, I spoke with the manager, Angel listened attentively and offered to resolve the order but by then I had enough, my experience is if thats the process of the placing of the order it should be a similar situation on the pickup. TRAINING IS KEY. Angel, Thanks for taking the time to listen and not making up excuses. I appreciate it.

CONSTANTLY late on my orders. Just today, I ordered a sub at 3:00pm for pickup at 3:30. They STARTED MAKING IT at 3:45. DO NOT order online, they will legitimately just not give a ****. The customer next to me complained in person and left without her food (because it was taking them 30min to slice up a half pound of meat).

Small, dirty, outdated, bad produce, unfriendly customer service, lack of English speaking employees, lack of produce / meats at times. I drive to the Publix Sabor a couple minutes away, much nicer, cleaner, bigger, and better employees.
