Very unprofessional with the schedule that they announce in the Ad sent to my house, last night, Friday March 31, 2017, I arrived at the front door of the Store at 10:50 PM and they had already closed to the public, the closing time announced is 11PM. The truth is that it is very difficult for a business to remain competitive when they do not respect their customers, in my case I drove a considerable distance hoping to buy some food and drinks and the frustration was total. Poco serios con el horario que anuncian en el Aviso que te mandan a la casa, anoche Viernes Marzo 31, 2017 llegue a la puerta de la Tienda a las 10:50PM y ya habian cerrado al publico, siendo que la hora de cerrar anunciada es la 11PM, la verdad es que muy dificl que un negocio se mantenga competitivo cuando no respetan a sus clientes, en mi caso maneje una distancia considerable esperando comprar unos viveres y bebidas y la frustracion fue total.

"El pan cubano se coje con las manos" Esa fue la respuesta de la dueña de la panadería del Food Star Supermarket cuando le pedi que no tocara el pan recién salido del horno porque estaba cobrando y manejando dinero. Hasta donde tengo entendido la comida preparada se toca con guantes al ser envasada o puesta en algún recipiente para entregarle al cliente. Especialmente dio se está manejando dinero. Lo triste es que si preguntas por el mánager te dirán y no te dan respuestas directas. Por más latinos que hay en este país, hasta donde sé, hay que seguir las normas del Departamento de Salud.

The worst customer service ever experienced in this store. Just stopped by Food Star market on Flagler and 107 avenue. NEVER will I ever go there again. I was in register 2 waiting to be ringed up and as the cashier started, I asked her nicely if she could double bag the apples for me since I was walking and out of no where she just cut my hear off answering me back in a rude way. I was like wow. So i tried to speqk to the manager who was an old guy. I told him what had happened and he told that I shouldnt have asked for double bag in the first place. He didnt care that the cashier was rude to me. And friends this is why I rather pay much more at Publix because I will be treated way much better. These latin markets have the worst customer service. I do NOT recommend anyone to go to this supermarket. ---BAD SERVICE---- la educacion ya no cambiara

Handy little market, worth the slightly overpriced items for convenience, and they have the freshest milk! But dropped 2 stars because they do not honor their posted hours of operation. They will lock their doors 5, 10, even 15+ minutes before their posted time. Happened to me too many times when Ive needed just milk for my baby. Have called them while standing at the door 10 min before closing and they told me they cant let me in, that they have to close early to be out by closing time. Very unprofessional to say the least. Service is a bit rude if you ask any questions as well.

Horrible, not only is the hygiene in the meat section disgusting, but the customer attention is disappointing. The cashier treated us horrible when we asked to double our bags because they literally placed 10 products in a single bag, and it was ripping apart...when taken the issue to the manager he just agreed with the cashier and treated us with disrespect. I dont know who is the owner or C.E.O of this company, but this location is certainly HORRIBLE, never again will I shop there.

Este supermercado me gusta mucho comprar algunos cortes de carne, me gusta comprar por su precio vegetales pero con regularidad me salen algunos podridos que por el empaque no se miran y necesitan poner mas especiales de grocery.

I was there this Friday September 9; and I have to tell that this market has the worse costumer service in Miami,no fresh products, I had to throught out some of products I bought, its a shame that place still in Miami thats the kind of service we deserve in Miami? You think because most of people going there dont have more money dont deserve respect? Never going there again. Its a shame!

This place was one of the few places open during the recent hurricane that passed. Winn dixie was closed, publix, and walmart. But this place was open, and it was fully stocked and comfortable. A very lowkey store that was looking out for the neighbors in the area. Products were a bit pricey but we were just looking for some hurricane essentials.

i usually go here late at night after my girlfriend gets off from work and i do like that they are open late but every time we go and buy raw chicken they always throw it in the first bag they find they dont care about cross contamination or salmonella and every time I let the cashier know they just make a face and the manager never cares..

This supermarket is great. The people are friendly. The cooks in the back of the supermarket make the best wholesome quality Hispanic hot food equal if not better than moms cooking. And, the prices for ALL of the items are a lot less than other places. Best Hispanic supermarket in the area. Yep, even better than Sedanos and Extra.

Its a small, clutter filled supermarket but always has what I need when it comes to vegetables and some fruit. Those items are usually reasonably prices likewise their meat products. I consider them to be always fresh and am quick to pick these items up here than at the name brand supermarket.
