Overall good shopping experience. Clean facility and friendly employees with broad range of goods to choose from. The buy-one-get-one (BOGO) deals are always helpful. The downsides are the higher than average prices and the rather disappointing deli. Deli is understaffed, closes 2-3 hours before the rest of the store, and on multiple occasions Ive experienced rudeness from the deli workers and botched orders. Overall though, I would recommend shopping here, but maybe go to Publix for your deli needs.

I only go in for the specials. The cashiers are great and quick. I will never buy from the meat department due to a disagreement over an item that was supposed to be on sale that they didnt honor price on. In the end the meat cutter threw a package towards my husbands face.

Why is Winn Dixie charging sales tax on sliced deli meats? Check with FL Dept of Revenue ~ meat sliced at deli counter and put in plastic bag is NOT taxable. I spoke w/manager there 2 1/2 months ago; theyre still collecting tax on a non-taxable item. RIPOFF!! :((
