Steer clear of this store!! Purchased and paid for furniture in full by credit card. Two weeks later I called to find out when the furniture would be delivered. I was told by Chad that there would be no problem getting the furniture delivered within two weeks as the furniture was in stock. Chad was not available when I called and I spoke to Mike the manager. He told me the furniture wouldnt even be in their hands for at least another week. I told him that would be too late for a delivery time for me and I would need to cancel the order. He told me he would have Chad call me the next day. Chad never called. Two days later I had to go into the store to get the order canceled because no one would respond to phone calls. When I finally got the order canceled they processed my credit card refund off-line and I have yet to receive the money back in my bank account. Chad proceeded to call me two days after I canceled the order and let me know that I could come into the store and buy the floor sample because my furniture have been discontinued. Mike never said that the furniture was discontinued, he simply said it would be in a week later than expected. Lies all around on this sale. These people will lie just to get a sale and will not cooperate when the sale needs to be canceled due to non-delivery on their part. Im having to file a police report for theft.

Ordered my furniture online from Ashley Homestore Panama City, FL. And was assured I would get it on Friday, August 11th from my sales person Monique. I was visiting my condo and needed the furniture to come while I was there. However, I spoke to Monique on Tuesday, August 8 and she said the love seat and recliner only would be coming on the 11th and since it was a Friday they wouldnt be able to deliver. After paying for deliver I asked if I could pick it up and she reassured me I could. Thursday I call and speak to another sales person who then proceedes to tell me it will not be coming in until Monday and said he had no idea why Monique told me Friday. Needless to say I had my family at the condo now with no living room furniture. My plan was to leave on Sunday however I decided to stay until Monday the 14th to get my 2 pieces of furniture and no telling when the sofa was to come. Then again they told me they had no idea what time it would come in on Monday and they would deliver Tuesday. At this point I had already taken an extra day off work and couldnt afford another so I just cancelled the entire order! They did not try to accommodate me at all. Very disappointed and will not be going back to Ashley. I went to rooms to go and they took care of me. Bought all three pieces with no hassle .(sofa sleeper, loveseat and recliner )

We never received a phone call that our furniture had arrived at the store to set up a delivery date. I had to call and confirm it was there so we could get it delivered for a different day because I assumed we already had it arranged for delivery on a particular day we had discussed for which I planned my day to be at the house, but they said that day was just an estimation of when it would arrive at the store. So maybe I can chalk that up as a miscommunication, it happens RIGHT? They delivered our furniture only to find that the Chest was broken and they had to order another one. I too, understand this can happen in the process of it being transported, however once again I never received a call that it had arrived and when I called Ryan he said he would look into it and call me back but NEVER did. We personally went up there to express our dissatisfaction. We finally received a date of arrival and decided we would just pick it up ourselves but when my boyfriend got there they had not put it together for it to be ready for pick up and he spent the evening putting together a chest that we paid a delivery fee to have done. VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER. POOR customer service. People in customer service today are very LAZY but they ask for $15 a hour????

Worst experience ever! Dishonest, rude, con people. I would never recommend any one purchasing at this store or online if you live in the area as this is the store and the staff you will have to deal with. Steer clear folks...they are nice when your handing your cash over but once in their hand its in there hand. Its worth paying that bit extra to not have to deal with them. I have just received an email 4 months later demading payment saying I owe them an outstanding amount when i paid with my credit card in full and when they took the defective furniture away my card was credited the full amount in dribs and drabs and now they are saying i owe them even though my credit card company did a full research and the amounts credited to my card totals the original full payment. I cant really post the full version of what they did to me for legal reasons as this is getting taken further on my behalf. But if you have the option to shop elsewhere i strongly advise you to do so. They are dishonest, lying, crooks!!!! I have asked my friends and co workers to boycott

My husband and I bought a couch, loveseat and recliner from here. There is not much of a selection but there arent many furniture stores in the area. We paid cash, it took a little over 2 weeks to come in and another week to deliver. The reason I say 3 stars was the delivery time. Why is it taking a week to deliver furniture 2 blocks down the road? Why did I pay cash if it didnt get me my furniture faster, like we were told? Why was the operations manager talking to my like I was an irritation rather than a valued customer? And his snotty, condescending questions, like I asked him anything more than, "Is there anyway I can get that delivered sooner?" and from that I get talked to like Im a stupid, bothersome child. If I could get a full refund and go somewhere else and het furniture delivered today, I would. My husband is military and we just moved. We have been without furniture since the end of March. I just want my stuff, even if I have to pay extra to get it here.

Went in to buy tv stand and dining set. I was never acknowledged by salespeople. I walked the whole store twice. A saleslady saw me yet turned her head. I guess I wasnt supposed to shop there yet I have made many purchases with the company. Not a good look for the company at all. Monique is the salesperson to work with at Ashley Furniture Store! I needed help. I was shopping from Minnesota for a home in Florida. She was patient and helpful in this situation that had to be done on the phone since I was too far away to stop in her store. She is personable, honest and responsive!
