Absolutely the worst customer service Ive come across in this industry.. Generally still appalled by the guy working on 7/4/17 he asked for ID followed with Birth date, and then moved on to asking what my address was.. When I said that address isnt correct I just moved he refused to do the transaction. He was flat out rude and generally acted bothered that he had customers in the store.... like we were wasting his time. I asked for a corporate or management number and he referred me to the number on the front of the door. I call standing the store and the lovely gentleman picks up. I asked so you dont have management ? and he refused to give me a contact number. Gladly took my business else where.

I love this store, the employees are all friendly and helpful, and the selection is good. The store on East Lake Rd is just as good.
