If I could rate them any less I would. My family has had a horrible experience here because of your employee Sonya. She was very unprofessional and rude in the wake of our grandparents funeral. We simply stopped in after to gather food for our family and friends. After the chicken was cooked and on the counter she refused to sell it to them and claimed it was because we were rude. We sent up different family and still she refused to sell them and told them she doesnt have to. We even asked her name and told her we were going to talk to the owner and she blatantly said that she didnt care if we did and spelled her name out. Unbelievable. Will never come here again and well make sure none of our friends do. This was after she was complaining about cooking the food and kept asking what they said. It was so crazy that we had to experience this kind of behavior and to tell us "how it was her problem that we just came from a funeral."

Awful Sonya was angry took it out on our family day of fathers funeral it was a large order she refused to give order, my family was shocked, we ordered in advance anything they said she blew it up acted very irrational an loud lost good regular customers

Excellent service very friendly and helpful. Chicken is delicious and we also like the bbq ribs. We have out of town friends that stop in just to buy the chicken on their way home.
