Con men in their emails and "price matching." They email lowball prices and when one goes to the store the NEXT DAY, its "Oh, THIS store wasnt supplied. But we have a lovely . . . [Bait-and-Switch,2016 vintage]" "Could you check your other stores?" "Oh gee, they all seem to be out of those items. So sorry." WE HONOR ALL COMPETITORS COUPONS . . EXCEPT WHEN WE DONT FEEL LIKE IT. They do NOT honor Total Wine coupons, nor B-21 coupons either. I came with one such, spent 15 minutes gathering items, only to be told I would have to DOCUMENT B-21s prices. I suggested he use the smartphone he had in his HAND. "Oh gee, so sorry, we dont have time to check prices." THERE WERE THREE CASHIERS AND NOT ANOTHER CUSTOMER IN THE STORE! NOT ONE! I pointed out that he could confirm the price in approximateky 10 seconds. "Oh, I cant do that." "Yes, I see youre overwhelmed with customers. Will you lend ME your phone for a minute." "Oh no, so sorry, we cant . . ." Con men ever since they bought out Hank Lueken.

My favorite liquor store. Prices are fantastic and the staff is very personable. Not to mention this is one of the last places in Tampa where I can still find my favorite bourbon.
