This location is the worst in south FL. fire the manager immediately because he has no clue and probably doesnt even eat healthy. 1. cashiers are rude and old.. need to hire young and hip.. this is a HEALTH FOOD STORE, not publix. the average cashier here is 55+ and out of shape, If I wanted that I would go to walmart instead. 2. the salad bar ALWAYS has rotten items. 3. the prices are higher then even the boca location 4. prepared foods Im sorry to say is run by imbeciles, I feel like I am at walmart. the lady made me a sub and was in shock that I didnt want my sandwiched drenched in condiments, hire people who have a clue about health please, learn from the wellington location. it was half the size of what other locations give you for the same price.. $8 for a 4inch sub.. at wellington it is twice that size.. and the lady blamed me saying I didnt tell her to cut the bread bigger. the manager of that section should be forced to go to wellington location for 1 week to learn how to properly run the prepared foods section. 5. food is bland.. the chefs at this location suck at their job.. again send the chef to the boca or wellington location to learn how to cook. I would never eat anything from the hot food section without heating it up thoroughly cause they leave it sitting out there for hours. this is something you find at golden corral, not a whole foods. the problem is the food is so bad that no one eats it anymore, so it just sits there. half the stuff looks like cafeteria food at a middle school 6. the only reason to go here is they have the wing special on the weekends which is a great deal, the meat section has a good selection of level 4 meat. otherwise you should drive the extra 15 minutes to the west palm beach location which is superior to this dump 7. dont even bother buying the seafood here. none of it is fresh, they should shut that section down and use the resources to improve the rest of the store. 8. fire the manager and clean house immediately from top to bottom. most of the employees are rude and have no clue what health food even means. your employees should walk the walk and you shouldnt go cheap when it comes to your employees and your food you serve just to make more of a profit. I encourage everyone to shop at WPB or wellington locations until these guys figure this out.

Given the location and overall size of this establishment, I have to say I expected a bit more. Coming from the more limited town of Vero Beach, the only health food store we had was a Fresh Market. From the first moment I walked in those doors I was hooked. It was so amazing, charming, had a stellar vibe, and overall just a great pleasure to walk around in. This place however, was definitely lacking in ambiance, but that wasnt the only thing. Not that I actually needed any help, but it is kind and very welcoming in a way, to be asked if you need help finding something. It shows another person sees you, and knows youre there. Yet, here, there was no one to be seen. When I finally arrived down an aisle with an employee present, she promptly turned around and walked away. The only employee that asked how I was doing was a lovely young lady working at the bakery. Aside from their lackluster customer service on the sales floor, everything else seemed to be clean and well maintained. They do have a wide variety of organic and non organic holistic foods, which was fine. Even the meat department seemed fully stocked with quality products. Their produce portion of the store, while beautifully displayed, did lack in quantity as compared to other health food stores Ive visited. It also seemed placed in an odd area for the stores layout, almost as if it was just placed where room had been left over in the design plans. This may just be me, but a store that boasts about noteworthy produce (and is branded Whole Foods), should display these items front and center and not in a secluded corner next to a giant exit. This should be one of the big stars of the building, however it seemed as if most of the stage was given to shelf items. Placing it in direct access to an exit was also a glaring design flaw. This type of layout leads people out of the store, which is exactly what it did to me. There was no strategic placement of items to turn me around back toward the center of the store (and possibly to look at other products) There was nothing but a huge void of empty space that lead me to the exit like water through a busted pipe. I will probably visit another Whole Foods location, however this one was a slight disappointment. If the others are of a similar fashion, I just may stick with The Fresh Market.

They advertise they are the first certified organic market ,yet all of their prepared foods salad bar bakery ect is made with conventional ingredient .Its exactly the same as public or walmart except you pay double to triple in price,This company is destroying the organic food movement throughout the country. They lie and say they have local produce ,when it is imported form other countries. They also over charge at the salad bar prepaired foods by not minusing the weight of the container when at the register. If you dont believe me ,look it up on the internet.Florida doesnt care and lets them get away with it down here.Trader joes is here and they sell everything for cheaper and they dont have gmos in their foods as whole foods does .They also hire the rudest employees around. They look dirty as if they dont shower and have piercings and colored hair. When I am paying a premium price for food ,I would like to be shown respect by dressing appropriately and have no piercings and showering.I even saw a girl with a Mohawk working there. That is very disrespectful

Ive made the mistake of getting the salad bar here on a few separate occasions and have been EXTREMELY disappointed every time. The vegetables look wilted, dry, and gray meaning theyve been sitting there for Lord knows how long. Once picking out the carrots that are actually orange and the mushrooms that arent covered in dirt, comes the disappointing time to finally sit down and eventually throw half of your lunch away. I understand trying to stay "organic" and "healthy" but please, wash the vegetables before someone whos dumb enough to eat it gets sick. The rest of the market as far as Im concerned has a wide variety and seems to be clean.. just sadly their salad bar and warm food bar looks and tastes like it has been sitting there for days. Very disappointed for how much theyre charging.

This was my first visit to this particular Whole Foods store. I was going to do quite a bit of shopping but first went to the juice bar to get a carrot juice. After being ignored 4!!! times, I did my shopping and came back for one more try. I finally was able to get the attention of the " juicer" and ordered my carrot juice to which he said " how about some ginger in it." He never mentioned that this measly piece of ginger was $3 extra, so I ended up paying $9!!! for a carrot juice with ginger. Im mad at myself for not going to the manager, but after reading these other reviews I doubt if that would have helped. I also found that the help on the floor were ignorant of the products and clueless in recommendations or simple assistance. Ill be going back to the one in Palm Beach Gardens.
