The greatest Publix of them all! Seriously if you hate this place you hate grocery stores. They have EVERYTHING, its clean, the staff is helpful. The only complaint I could possibly come up with is that the line at the deli is annoyingly long. Compared to the other local stores, this one is head and shoulders above (5 Points, Coral Ridge Mall) the others. PROTIP: Get online before and check out the BOGOs and sales. It prints a list with the aisle and section of everything you need. Super efficient and Ive saved a fortune. Complain about this? Go up to Oakland Park Blvd and then tell me how you feel.

We shop at a lot of PUBLIXs in FL. This is one of the best. It is well laid out, the employees tend to be quite good especially if you need help and the parking is easy. There is also a nice, eclectic mix of locals, seasonals (dont call us snowbirds!) and tourists. It makes for an interesting shopping experience that never disappoints. Two years ago when one of our parents passed away suddenly and we had to head north unexpectedly, they accepted much of our non-perishable items (with our receipts) and gave us a refund. So the place also has a heart too... Very nice.

Used to go there all the time until one day I had a couple of money orders printed and when I got to the car, I noticed I was missing one, I went back in and the girl denied having it or me having left it there. I began the whole process with Western Union and ultimately never got my money back. Too bad, I thought Publix screened their employees a little better. The manager on duty was of no help either. I have started going to the new one down the road a little east, where the employees are much better and the manager as well.

Publix store was great when it first opened, BUT (and its a big butt), now that the demographics have changed (i.e., Winn Dixie closed), it has gone downhill in a big way. Far more visible shoplifting, Disabled parking spaces all taken by former Winn Dixie-ites, and so many "shrug lurkers" near the ATM that people not only shy away from it, the store literally had to remove the outdoor benches to prevent the constant loitering... Inside is not quite as bad, but going downhill rapidly. BARELY good at that.

Grew up in South Florida my whole life. Ive had my fair share of experiences with Publix usually providing a very consistent service. I find all across Fort Lauderdale, many of the locations have a lackluster deli staff. You might see people standing around, hiding in the back while the sub line is long. Id give this 3 stars, but the older guy David makes up for it with the best customer.service I have ever had in Publix. He is a frickin rock star.

Took forever to get the girl to make my sub, literally 15 minutes, then, the woman making my sub was laughing in my face, while taking my order. She was laughing because of something behind me, the manager joking with her, but I cant help feel how unprofessional this was. Imagine waiting 15 mins to get attention, then having this happen, and you are confused what the hell is going on. Very unprofessional business, def not focused on the customer.

SANDRA, behind the deli is amazing. It can get busy there, sometimes with some not pleasent customers and she always remains professional, kind, and with a smile. Being in the service industry I like to call out people doing a great job. Publix, you are lucky to have her on your staff. She works hard and takes pride in your company. And makes an amazing sub :) keep it up!!

When I am down in S. Fl., this is the only place to grocery shop, outside of the little famers market stores that sell cheap, questionable produce. So there is no other full grocery store in Fort Lauderdale anymore. Publix prices are outrageously high, almost as bad as Whole Foods Market; especially in produce. But the people are great, Melanie in the bakery is very nice.

I have to give a shout out to the amazing managers of the Publix on Sunrise and 15th. Went to the ATM there this morning and as I put my amex card in, there was a power surge and my card got eaten! The managers were able to open it up and retrieve it! I wanted to hugs them both! Great service before the store even opens. I love Publix even more now!

I live down the road from here and come in all of the time. The place is always clean and tidy. Staff is exceptionally nice. I havent had a bad experience and I come in at least 2x a week! Their fresh cut salmon from the seafood bar is always amazing! As well as their prepared foods such as rotisserie chicken, hot & spicy fried chicken and the subs!

I received exceptional customer service from Kristen, who works at the Customer Service Desk. She helped to make sense of the many coupons I had in my possession, and even carted my purchases to my car for me. We engaged in polite conversation about our individual families and I found her to be quite personable. Will visit soon!

Purchased razors for $8 with a coupon attached to the product at 50% off at the register and at the register they gave me their sale of $2 off and took my coupon. When i asked why i didnt get the 50% off, the cashier didnt respond and the bagger looked at the cashier then put his head down. Rude and not to metion that is theft.

Tried to WALK my bicycle in the store so it wouldnt get stolen while I got lunch and they asked me to leave. The woman at the customer service counter was extremely rude and should not be employed by Publix. Her attitude is a reflection of the poor quality people this Publix employs. I will never set foot here again!

Aside from the security guard, which is very a strange and odd first impression at a supermarket (at least, for me it is,) this store is quite nice and well stocked. The bakery staff, in paeticular, is wonderful. Very professional and welcoming. Its open late until 11pm if i recall. I would go again.

I only like coming here for the pharmacy. The parking lot is a mess, creepy people loitering near the front entrance, expect to wait 45 mins for a Publix sub because theres usually just one person working the deli. Staff isnt too friendly. I only come here when I absolutely have to.

I favor Publix over most other grocery stores, but the staff at this location is not providing a service consistent with the rest of the company. Product is messy. Produce selection is lacking. Staff is rude and favor using their cell phones over interacting with customers.

I was dropping someone off and needed a few things for that person and myself. So, I googled a nearby Publix. I can truly say the staff is very friendly & excellent customer service is A++ for me. I will definitely go back!

I was told by friends that when there is a discrepancy in prices, there is to be a total price refund of the product. Not once has this happened, and there have been several times that this has happened. I hate Publix.
