Have you ever had a "Love Affair" with your truck??? Well I have Three trucks and I love them all...... The other day I had a boo-boo with my 1 ton GMC van that I use to clean carpet with. You see I own All Pro Carpet Cleaners And it is important to present a nice clean truck as that sort of ties in with my cleaning business..... Well the other day I was backing down a long dirt curvy driveway so that I could park in front of the garage door of the home I was going to clean.....and my driver side mirror just barely clipped a palm tree.... The result, a broken rearview side mirror and a damaged bruised ego. I went to Another salvage yard first and they referred me to M & K Auto Parts in Orange City..... Half an hour later I walked out with a mirror to match the damaged one that looked brand-new.... And the cost was only about 40% what I wouldve paid for a new one at the dealers store......to say the least, I was a happy camper..... And by the way they have a nice comfy sofa and big screen TV to sit in and watch "Jerry Springer" While you wait for your part to be pulled from their 3000 vehicle inventory ......A class act all the way around.....my hat is off to M & K Auto Parts....! "if we have it we have it" thats not what you told me on the phone. You said, "yeah we have that" 65.00 per piece. I called and verified before driving over from daytona. Then asking if you also have the center tailgate piece, you also said yes. However you didnt even have anything left on the car I called about. It was like pulling teeth to get the older man to ask anyone around the area if I talked to them 20 minutes before coming in. So I called back and they finally asked someone and who was the person who had two phones up to his head while I was in the office, and said above "if we have it we have it", no you said we do... (btw your website allows for searching of individual parts) but that negates the statement of "we dont keep info on individual parts" Just verify, and get a name when you call for availability. Its just like any other salvage yard, they dont keep records, but it sure felt that they did when I called. The guy who drove me on the cart to look was very friendly and considerate. Sorry for the rain!

Let me start by saying I was pulling into the location and got cut off by the blonde lady who was driving the company tow truck. I guess her being in a hurry was reason enough to disregard a potential paying customer. But the kicker for me was after speaking with Billie yesterday and Asking for the ac/radio control panel he insisted I said just a temp control ( my husband gave me the exact name after researching) resulting in him insisting it was a misunderstanding and that the price went from 125 up to 250 (after mentioning he just sold the one on site on eBay for 250). Either he doesnt know what hes doing or just wanted to up the price. He did ask me to come in to look at part but that was to make sure it didnt include a navigation or Bose system (what does that have to do with just a temp control). Thanks for the awesome service and eye roll when calling you out on your obvious misrepresentation.

If I could give zero stars I would. I bought two seats from these guys, they told me on the phone they were in excellent condition. When they got shipped to me they were absolutely junk one of the seats had broken plastic on it, and both had greasy fingerprints all over them. They said if I shipped it back they would refund me, so I did I paid $250 to ship them back. Then they only partially refunded me after they agreed on a full refund. I now paid $400 for something I never got and it wasnt even my problem. I called and tried to make it right and they refused. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Worst customer service I ever Dealt with,ordered a door on a Friday said it would be taken off on Monday and ready for pickup. So I came the following Friday (a full weeks time to take a door off) drove 50 miles each way and upon arrival Door wasnt off I waited for over a hour til they closed and left with no Door. Called Monday talked to the uneducated Adam the manager asked what was he going to do deliver it or something he said ""I dont have to do nothing ". Nothing but a nightmare Wasted my $$$ my time My Gas 100 miles and. aggravating customer service

The staff at M&K Used Auto Parts is very knowledgeable and excels in customer service. I called for a radio for my car. They were able to help me find my specific radio and save me over 800 dollars vs buying one from the dealer. I had the pleasure of dealing with Chris.(He was kind enough to help me a girl who had no idea what I was getting into. Thanks again Chris) I would recommend them to anyone who needs anything for their vehicle. Great prices and Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everybody is professional and kind. Answered all my questions and then some. They didnt have the part I needed in stock but with a few clicks of the mouse they found my part and had it delivered to there store where I picked it up a few days later. They even gave me some helpful tips to install. Overall they went out of their way to help me and save me $$$$ on the part and install which I ended up doing myself. I would reccommed them to anyone who needs anything for their car.

I bought a engine from these guys and I got to say, they went the extra mile to help me, I had a car that had several different options as far as the different engines, they done several emails and even took pictures for me so I would get the right one, they were always fast to get back to me and really done a GREAT JOB! We highly recommend M&K. We have done business with them for years, In every dealing, they have always been courteous, helpful. & knowledgeable. !0 yrs ago bought transmission that was still working yrs later, when the car was sold. There has not been any problem with any item bought throughout the yrs & they do go out of their way to be sure you have what you need. Btw, just bought another transmission. As long as we need car parts, well be calling them.

This place is great! Me and My girlfriend had to buy a battery for our car and they did everything to make sure it was the right one it was even closing time and they took their time to help us and make sure they were giving us the right product. They were very helpful. I will be back if i ever need any more parts for our car, they prices and products are great. And Ill be referring anyone i know that needs any parts!
