Do NOT, repeat NOT go this store, I bought an alternator in here, which turn out no good for my car, they told me its my fault because I wasnt clear what I want, then they give me another one, also wasnt good, I returned AGAIN, they told me there is a sticker missing form the alternator, so its mean no return. Ive had my receipt, original box, they didnt care. There is a guy name Chris, when I talk with him in the first time, he didnt take off hes sunglasses, and it was around 5pm, the next day was the same, and hes manager I dont know hes name but he was a really jerk. He did check my car because he was thinking, I did change inside my old alternator part, put in the new parts, so thats why the sticker was missing. After I showed him there is no change anything in my old or the new alternator, he didnt say a word. There was no apology, nothing. What a jerk!!!!!!!! I dont even know why is this kind of people work as a MANAGER in this store. Ive been told a lot of people this story, and make sure they wont go this store, NEVER!!!!!

This store is not in a good location and is aways empty, so Its been a good store to pick up parts, but today I was shocked with the poor level of customer service that I received from Matt. I went in to look for a small part that I got there more than one, so looked in the computer and said that they dont stock that part and he brushed me off by saying that I should look at à competitor. Wow! I was never offered the chance to order! I guess the "Know How" only apply if you order online. I wont be back to this store again!

This isnt my preferred auto store but it is closest to my home and I stop if I need something and dont have time to go to an advance auto. Theres an old man whos always willing to help. I once applied for a part time job here while I was going to school, and 6 months later the manager called me while I was at a job Id been doing for 5 months to see if I was still looking for a part time job.

Needed coolant for my car without dye. Guy behind counter said they didnt have it, when I pointed it out they did he just shrugged his shoulders and rang it up. Poor service

Clerks were very helpful. Prices seem a little higher than other auto parts places, but the location is close to my work.
