I go to this Sears for oil changes and regular maintenance because of the convenience of the location. However, I will not be going there ever again.This morning, my maintenance required light came on, and the car made a weird, grinding noise. I decided to take it to Sears to get it checked out to make sure it was not anything significant. I got a diagnostic test, and I also asked them to perform a brake inspection. One, they were not able to find any problem associated with the maintenance required light coming in. Two, they told me I needed new brakes on all 4 tires and gave me an estimate of almost $700. I decided to get a second opinion at a different place, and also to see if there were better prices. After getting this second opinion, I was informed that I only needed the back brakes (the front, they said, were essentially new) replaced AND they were able to find the source for the maintenance required light coming on. I got the brakes replaced, a couple of fluids completely flushed and replaced, my emergency brake fixed, all my fluids were topped off, and I received a new air filter for less than $400. It amazes me that these issues were not discovered after "checking everything under the hood," (or if they were, it was not mentioned) and it is ridiculous that my quote was for all 4 brakes, when in reality I only needed 2 replaced. I understand that this is a business, and you need money to run a business, but they tried to take advantage of my situation, and that is just unacceptable.

Favorite Tire Store I have used this Sears Automotive Store many times, I have never been disappointed. The prices are always extremely competitive but what makes it the best is the people. If you need any extra work or there are area of concerns, they very nicely point it out, offer to repair and give you a fair price but dont force it on you. They have never tried to sell me items I dont need. They cover your seats, floors and steering wheel to keep your car clean. They treat your car with care, never damaging anything while they work on it. They are ready to work on your car at your appointment time and have you back on the road quickly. I dont know anyone there but I have always felt welcomed and comfortable when I am there. This visit Sears beat prices from Sams Club, Amazon, Walmart and Tire Kingdom on some high quality tires.

If I could give them a negative star I would. Bought my battery from Sears in 2015. My third battery. Battery light comes on after I hit a nice pothole. Went to Sears to have it checked out. After waiting for 2 hours, tech said battery tested fine and charging system testes fine. Trusted them, so I went home thinking everything is OK. Following day, my truck stalled with my family and a truckload of groceries. Open the hood, there lying on top of my radiator was a ratchet wrench, most likely from the tech BUT the socket used did not fit my battery, so what did u use it for?!

Just wanted to say Thanks to Mark Esser and crew for a job well done. I went to another Sears auto store to have tires rotated but they told me they could not pick up my short-bed single rear axle F350 pickup, not even with a floor jack. I called Mark and he said bring it over and they would take care of it which they did. It was very refreshing to see an employee such as Mark who truly seemed to care about the work being done and the satisfaction of the customer. I guarantee I will be back with my business.

Over priced tire but the only one around that had my tire size and I had a flat, so did not have time to hunt and drive further. My brand new phone cord was taken and when I called I was told, my guys didnt take anything from your car.... I said I suppose they always use mats and wheel covers too... he said yes they do, I said not in my car, they left it right where the salesman left it on the seat! Would not go back here agsin!

I went in for a punctured new tire (drove over a nail) and Mark at this location took very good care of me, it didnt take longer than 20 minutes and I came in right before they were about to close but Mark was nice enough to happily get me in and get my tire repaired quickly. I would highly suggest going to this particular Sears auto location any day to anybody.

I received great service from the friendly and helpful staff at sears auto center. I got a great deal on 4 new tires from them with a $80 rebate and they even called me the next day to tell me they just got rebate forms on the shocks I bought to save me even more money. I highly recommend there service!

Nice guys here. They had my tires in stock which was a big plus for me. The front end was understaffed, but he did his best...plus the shop guys had it together. I was in and out with 4 new tires, and alignment within 1 1/2 hours. The price was reasonable too, so I have had a good experience so far.

Friendly staff but they didnt have the tires I needed. I was told I could but then online and have them shipped to the store where they could install them but when I went online I want able to ship to the store. I took my business elsewhere.

We arrived and were told it would be a few. 10 minutes later we were waited on. We told them our truck tire has a nail and is going flat as we speak. He told us it would be two hours. We left and had the repair done at a local Walmart.

Bought a Groupon for an oil change and they charge an additional $8. I knocked on the door 2 minutes before they opened at 10 because thats when my appointment was for and they wouldnt open the door.

They had an air conditioning tech for my air conditioner in my car that only knows how to put freon gas, not any repairs on my brand new air conditioner compressor from a Sears in Miami Beach !!
