Waited 15 mins in my car before an associate came to help me. Needed a new battery, my car wouldnt turn on. They told me OK, leave it. 100$. Pick it up before they close at 8. (Left it at 4) They call me at 730 to tell me the battery isnt in stock, wont be in stock for a week, and I can come just pick up my car. They give me the keys with no help.jumpstarting it. Rude, lousy service.

Todays employees has to understand that the customer is the one that pays theyre salaries, if the customer is not happy they will go somewhere else, before you start defending yourself you have to try to understand that is possible you made a mistake and maybe the customer is right. Mechanics has to understand that any mistake could cause fatal accidents.
