I hit a cylinder head that was in the middle of the FL Turnpike dark and early in the morning. The impact busted the two driver side tires and wheels. Had my Baja towed to Sears because they are open on Sundays. My dog was with me and both of us were pretty shaken up. I think I was still in shock even though it was hours after the crash. As soon as we got out of the tow truck one of the mechanics brought water for my dog. it melted my heart! The gentleman who inspected the Baja and very patiently explained to me what he could see as obvious needs and explained that they wouldnt know the extent of the damage until the wheels came in so that they could see under the truck to check the axles, frame, etc. He also pointed out the convenient (an obvious) rental car kiosk in their shop that I had overlooked. Thankfully, they, too, were open so that I was able to secure a rental car while my truck was being repaired. Jose was my contact keeping me in constant update on the estimates and times for the repairs. He was extremely compassionate, professional and helpful with my stupid questions. He worked with the insurance adjuster who also came out to inspect the Baja. Prices are fair and the quality of workmanship stellar. The repairs were completed faster than I expected. I cant speak highly enough about the excellent customer service from everyone I encountered at this location. I highly recommend them.

I am leaning towards POOR!!!!! I took my car in to get struts done on the front and they said they would not do it because of the Transmission leak. Well Transmission leak had nothing to do with the struts having to be repaired they just didnt want to have a few drops for transmission fluid on their floor. So get some cat litter and clean it up or put a box under the car simple solution. I decided to take my car over to Cams Automotive shop and they are going to actually do it for even less then Sears and using the top of the line parts. They could not believe what Sears said and refused to do my struts. So recommend not taking your car or truck to Sears Automotive. They will try to screw you and waste your time.

I have a newer vehicle that for some reason had a hard time starting. For the past week we have needed to jump start every time we drive anywhere. We are new to the area and didnt know a good mechanic, so we took it to the Sears Auto Center. The technician confirmed we needed a new battery, but instead of selling me a new one, he recommended I take my car to the dealership since it is still under warranty. Amazing, a technician telling me to go someone else to save me money. If that is how they treat every customer, I am for sure coming back! Sears has earned a few trust points today.

Got to the shop a few minutes before 7pm for a basic oil change. All of the employees were standing around, there werent any cars in the shop area being worked on. The gentleman at the counter apologized and said they were closing in a couple minutes and they wouldnt be able to help me. I was confused because online the hours of operation are until 8pm. On my way out of the door I noticed the hours stated they were open until 8pm. Needless to say, I will be going somewhere else for work on my car.

UNETHICAL EMPLOYEES & HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Took my vehicle in to get my starter fixed. They fixed my started, but BROKE MY WINDOW!! I went to pick the car up and my window was sideways in my door!! They refuse to do anything and a employee named Charlie was VERY condescending and said "stop acting like youre 5 years old" and "I cant do anything about it and I dont care!" THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and in this economy NO ONE should take their job for granted, ESPECIALLY A MECHANIC!

I came here to check my car alignment. They convinced me that I had problem with my alignment and made me pay to do it. After they done I was not satisfied with their work because I had drift on the right side. When I came back to them they tried to convince me that I have trouble with my tires. When I went to different autocenter they told me you have issue with the alignment. I wont trust this store again and the nasty people who work there.

I came here to get an alignment, that another sears did improperly, fixed they not only fixed my alignment, but they noticed my axle on my front left wheel was off and fixed it for me. Spending an extra hour on my car just to make sure I got out of there with a better car. Their customer service is great and personal! Honestly never had such a good experience with any auto place ever!!!

Great service ! Clean environment ! Courteous staff. While waiting on my Suzuki Grand Vitara to be serviced I have seen the staff at work, it was a busy afternoon , have seen them go out of their way to help almost all customers while answering phone calls. Went in for a simple tire rotation early in the morning. There where two cars left from the previous night and one ahead of me with brakes issues. I had purchased 4 tires from a Sears in Jacksonville and so the cost of the rotation was free. Service at the desk was quick, concise, and courteous.

I took my Honda Pilot in for a full synthetic oil change. 3,000 miles later the car was leaking oil because they had not screwed on the filter tight enough. Im now hoping there was no engine damage as oil is all over my vehicles undercarriage. Working to get a cost estimate for this mistake.
