Ive gone here many times and continue to receive the same horrible service especially from the one manager named Charles. Hes rude and talks down to you plus him and the rest of the staff like to answer the phones instead of helping a line of customers and when you finally make it to the counter they dont seem to carry any parts for any type of vehicle so save yourself time and head down the road to Oreillys or a little bit further to the AutoZone on West Tusc where youll find excellent customer service and almost any part you could think of in stock.

My jeep died when i was getting ready to leave work. It was 8:30 pm. Called these guys and explained my situation that i work in public service and said i had no way to get there for a new battery (the cold killed mine beyond saving). They said they didnt have any delivery drivers but the guy said he would drop it off after he closed up. Sure enough 9:40 there he is with a smile. Great customer service!!!

Nice spot and easy to find from the road. One of the larger auto zones I have been to with plenty of parking. Store is clean with a good variety of products on the store floor if youre in for a quick stop. Also a friendly competent staff to help you with any part inquiries. Good selection of parts on hand for foreign and domestic autos. Helpful over the phone as well

Some of the employees, especially the manager with no hair is always rude. Learn some people skills guys. I dont care what store or shop you are, if youre rude Ill go somewhere else. Just go to OReilly Auto Parts, theyre nice and actually willing to help.
