Went over to autozone yesterday am with a dead battery. Lindsay Browne, the store manager greeted me when I walked in the door. I payed for the battery and he came outside and replaced it for me. My vans battery compartment is in a very tight spot and he could have easily told me that he couldnt install it for me. However, he took the time to take a few things apart to get to it. The battery was corroded badly and again he took the extra time to carefully loosen the bolts so as to not snap anything. What should have taken 10 minutes took 40! In my opinion he went above and beyond and was so pleasant as well. He really saved my butt because I was taking my kids to Busch gardens and what could have turned out to be a crap day really turned out wonderful all because of Lindsay! Awesome guy!!!!

Only reason I gave them 3 is because the parts manager was very unproffesional on a return of a wiper blade. I comeback with the part but not have the receipt. Instead I told him I use my rewards card and he denied to the return with that. He offer me to have a credit in store but I need my liscense. Ok, I went out to my car to look for it and come back and wait around 15 minutes for him. He go with 3 customers after me no matter he saw me waiting. I decide that was unproffesional and leave with the refund and leave the part in the store.

Very friendly and helpful. Needed a trouble code hookup and they explained as much as possible what it meant and such. Very early in the morning, so they werent heavily staffed but still only waited about 10 minutes for help.
