I love this sallys so much, the other one in silver springs were completely rude to me when I was just trying to buy a product. So I was taking back products I didnt need to this one instead and the girls there were so nice to me and made sure everything was okay! This is my go to sallys because they always will point out buy one get one free offers and not talk down to me :)

i had a question and the young woman (jessica) that was helping me was beyond rude and snotty with her answer and she even had the nerve to speak down to me ... i have called her manager and spoken to the cooperate office someone like that should not be working retail or around the public

No stars for this store. Wouldnt help us,,to busy talking to each other. Girl on register Absolutely slow, fat girl wouldnt even ring us out. We left after telling her she sure wasnt doing her job!! Will never go there again...couldnt leave post with no stars...
