Absolutely horrible. They are rude to the customers and are so stuck on selling you stuff even if you dont want it so when you clearly state to them this is not what I want they get an attitude and become completely unhelpful. I came in for a curly lace front and they did not have it, i said ok and was ready to leave the store but they kept being pushy trying to bully me into buying things i clearly stated to them that i did not want. Also they will follow you around the store . Once i bought over $150 worth of supplies when I walked over to the three dollar hair conditioner they followed me as though I had not just rung up a $150 worth of goods. I refuse to ever shop their again. I way prefer the hair place in the mall

I went in there today and I was smelling the oil perfumes n the women started yelling at me that I cant open n smell them. I asked her how am I gonna know which ones I like if I cant smell them? She proceeded to yell at me telling me I cant do that. So I then asked her would u buy a perfume without smelling it first? She just kept yelling at me saying I couldnt open n smell them so i told her they dont act like this at Haninis n she told me go down there! I will never go there again they are rude and have no customer service skills! I also witnessed her husband ignore a young lady asking for help! Take your business elsewhere!

Ive always shopped here first. I have had nothing but good friendly customer service. They always come to show new hair and go to find my color if not on the hook. I love the samples they give also for new items. I feel their prices are fair, you get what you pay for. Even when an item is misstagged, they have honored the price. Keep up the good work and my God continue to watch over.

If i could give them a negative 2 i would, extremely rude and unprofessional...Id refer you to haninis like the owner/woman at wigland told a customer she was yelling at to do. haninis is cheaper, friendly and helpful

This place has exorbitant prices I brought my wife here, and the owner was so rude to us. He gets super mad if u dont buy what he suggests. He wanted 45$ for a duby express 10 inches! !!! They charge 11$for lashes !
