Marshalls and CVS are the anchor shops. Most of the other shops come and go. Be very careful parking!! The plaza pays a guy to sit and watch to see if they can tow your car away. They easily tow 20 cars a day and twice that on weekends. Never shop and walk to the next plaza for extra shopping. Your car wont be there when you return. We live near by and walk to the shops. Its sort of a joke to us to guess how many tow trucks will be parked in the back. Dont go to the frozen yoghurt shop unless you okay with paying $10 a serving. Marshall s is great and always has new deliveries on Tuesday and Friday.

i love this school i learn so much my teacher is the best teacher there so far i think she is my favorite teacher so far i have been in sacred heart school since preK its the best i you hate it thats on you its ok thats also your oppinion and i respect that and hopefully you respect my oppinion if you like sacred heart then thats good for you but if you dont then that sounds like a you prpblem.Bye,and thank you for reading this comment.

The Mall is universal up to date and comfortable for everything and anything, no matter what I look for its all there and very safe, from pharmacist, clothes, groceries, cologne, money transfer, restaurant, love this Mall was a great ideas for the entrepreneurs who decided to create and open this amazing success, set up my budget and get out in the house headed to Wal-Mart its amazing great, incredible for every one and family.!!

Ive been shopping there for 10 years. Yes the place had lost its touched back in 2009 but need improvement. Im not going to sit and complain about how dry and boring it is cuz more human dont make it better lol I be been to aventura and tons of other pack mall. I come here to get what I want and done boom. Not a lot of people bumping into and not sayin sorry or loud noises for no reason.

This should not even be considered a Mall. It is more like an indoor flea market. Although it has a Marshalls and Ross as its anchor stores, they are very disorganized and it is difficult to find what youre looking for. Additionally, over 60% of the stores are closed and vacant. Drive a few miles northeast to Aventura Mall and do not waste your time here.

Nothing in this place is open its pretty run down the owner of it is a rich person at the least that doesnt care about the property and keep raising the small businesses rent so they cannot afford to be there imagine Foot Locker and all the other Champs in this mall dont pay rent and havent in so many years he does not charge them

one of those sad inner city malls that has seen better days. wake up yall, its the current economic status in the brokedown US. only the luxury malls are striving now for the uber wealthy top 1%ers. the rest o us 99%ers are left to pick up the scraps. I did howevee enjoy the CitiTrends store for some fresh urban threads!

Lots of places to browse including a number of discount stores like Ross and a Walmart Supercenter. Mall is large - bring your walking shoes if you want to walk from Wal-Mart to Home Depot. Several restaurants, a chase bank and an Office Depot makes it wirth a visit.

Not much there but there is walmart next door which I live for all things home lol but as far as stores like claires hot topic or even good options of mall type stores shopping there isnt much left...it used to be a popular mall like 15 years ago now its just blah

Brings back memories. Nice place to stroll through. Glad they have the Ross there. Also, its so close to a few restaurants. I remember as a child visiting the mall after school (JFK), and going back further going there with my family and shopping at Worth It.

Even though this place doesnt really have designer shops, its still a cute place to shop for clothing and buy food and I love that it has shoe stores. If you go up the escalator some stores are not open but are still in progress. This is my go-to mall.

Nice parking space, the place isnt in bad condition but almoat all the stores are closed. The Ross thats there is ALWAYS a mess. They have a Marshalls at the top floor thats good and has a good variety. Other than that, dont really bother.

Very empty, they took down the movie theater, maybe because kids from the near by schools would sneak in there. They need to bring it back and add a Forever 21 in there. They need the money. Only a couple of stores are keeping it alive.

The Mall at 163rd Street was once The Town Center of North Miami. As the times have changed - it seems like the management of this property has neglected this huge parcel that is home to anchors Home Depot and Walmart Superstore!

Has what mall need to have. The atmosphere is great the only problem is that if you want get to other stores such as GameStop or Walmart or Walgreens you going to have to walk across the street its not like indoor type of mall

Traffic is horrible in the Walmart parking lot. Parking is equally horrible. You have to dig through the racks at Ross and Marshalls to find anything. There are other stores but they have a closing soon vibe when you walk in
