I rarely write reviews but the experience here was so bad that I had to. I ran in here to pick up a simple pack of jumbo braid. I also grabbed some peppermint oil. Five people standing behind the counter and all the employees were having a jovial time but no one was working. Im all for making your job fun but it was ridiculous! Theres one person ahead of me and about 6 or 7 after and I stood there watching them laugh and giggle about whatever. Not one person even said, "sorry for the delay" or "be right with you". Theres way too many beauty supply stores in the area to have to spend my money in that establishment. Customer service was horrible!!

Staff have attitude and not willing to help.. the good suffer for the bad... I bought hair products they gave me the last one they had in stock Which was open And used... the item was over the counter so cant blame customers for using the lace front tapes... I still dont get compensated or my money back but they keep the tapes I brought back... I gave up... they makes me feel like I am lying even though I spent over $50.00 and the tapes cost a few $$$ its a damn shame... I spent so much money in this place

I called before I came down there and the lady told me she had the mali hair in Stock so I drive from Pembroke pines just to have Fabiola the same person I spoke with over the phone tell me oh Im sorry I thought you said marley hair when I said mali hair so unprofessional and the Spanish Guy on his ph texting hes not a good manager and i will never go back to this store Word of advice please get people who speak and understand English

Most of the people that works there are lazy. I called on the phone from broward to ask if they had something they say they did, once I got there the same person I spoke to said they havent had it for weeks. They didnt apologize, its like they dont even care. The only person that was nice there was a light skin Haitian lady and I barely see her. Overall, Bad customer service!!!

Great store. But i wouldnt buy my weave here again. The ladies arent completely honest or maybe they are not quite knowledgable when it comes to buying hair. They just say all the hair is good hair so that you can buy it. I search and buy my hair from aliexpress now
