Went this store today to return hair that bought at the 54th ave store in Miami and was told by the store manager that I could not. So I drove all the way back down to Miami tonight to make an exchange with no problem. I informed this store manager of what lie I was just told by the Miramar store manager and to my surprise, I could have made the exchange at any store. I was outraged for being lied to and for being inconvenienced as well as not being viewed enough as a trust-worthy customer who should not have been lied too. The Miami store manager was visibly disappointed by the treatment I received that he called the store manager as well as said he was sending an email to all stores to honor returns at any of their stores. To the Miramar store manager, I will never shop at Beauty Exchange Supply store in Miramar.

Horrible customer service. My experience at this store, was the worst experience I have ever had in my life! I came to the store on the morning of Black Friday, looking to buy a blow dryer, some hair, and shampoo. The store workers arrived and gave everyone in line a number 1 - 40. When I entered the store, I was immediately rushed and the employee at the register refused to let me buy the blow dryer nor the shampoo. Afterwards, he told me that, "I could go to another beauty store," and he snatched the hair away calling the next customer. The employees were very rude and disrespectful.

I went to the store on black friday to purchase hair and a blow dryer that was on salel. The employees were very rude, disrespectful, rushing you to get out the store. They only allowed for me to purchase hair and refused to let me buy a blow dryer. When i commented on it he stated, "You can go to another beauty supply store." Poor customer service.

Never have things in stock. Ladies in the back are so busy talking that dont even offet help. And they speak about inappropriate things around the customers. I get its a laid back environment but there has to be some level of professionalism.

I love this place. They have cheap makeup products that are wonderful. They got good prices and the staff is great at helping you find the things that suit you. Whether its grease, wigs, and nail polish they got you.
