I ordered two Ivory ferrules Aug 7 2015 . still havent gotten them . and called cue componenets owner Joe Barringer he is very unfriendly and unreasonable claims its US Governments fault , but i have heard from numerous friends he has treated these people same way and always have had problems either with product ordered or service getting order .. will never do business with Joe Barringer again . he has my money and i still have no parts or refund.

Very bad experience with that store.. The seller is really unfriendly, this time they refused to sell to my country because they cant trust Brazils courrier??? I already bought from him some times on past without any problems.. Now i need to pray him to take my money! Please, go to another store!
