Customer service is despicable. We arrived at 8:15 gate was down, doors were locked when the website for this location clearly says they close at 9 PM. When the service clerks were asked about it, they argued with myself and other patrons and were very rude. Im sure it cost hibbett sports hundreds of dollars in sales to close out the day.

I Just Got Off Work, And I Can Admit I Was Looking Rough. As Soon As I Walked In The Black Male With Dreads Stared Me Down With A Look That Made Me Feel Unwelcomed And Im A Black Male Also. I Would Never Buy Any Product From This Store Based On Him.

Drove all the way there, arrived at 8:12p and the store was already closed. However, they have 9 oclock listed. Not sure why they decided to close early.
