I took my 12 gage to them to get it fixed and they took it apart and put it back together and told me it was fine. Shot it once and it messed up again so I took it back and they said they will take it and fix it. It has now been a month and i still havent got it back. They sent it to gander mountain in daton ohio and were supposed to call me and I heard nothing. Ive called several times to ask about it and both gander mountains tell me the same thing either it didnt get checked yet or it would be a few more days. Like I said its now been over a month and they tell me about another week! Now that I missed gun season.....

Love this store. Its like my Disney world! Older guy at the gun shop loves to talk just not about guns. I tried to see if they could order something in and instead he talked about something completely off topic and never even touched the computer once.. Aside from that experience I love this store. Just spent over $250 on a new rod and reel combo a couple weeks ago. The gentleman that helped me seemed to really know his stuff about fishing, which was nice. Shop here! Friendly staff! Plus they have a new larger store opening up in about two weeks! I cant wait!

Over all Horrible Customer Service experiences every time I show up....Ive been hounded as if I were a Thief while browsing for a holster. The Guy was on the phone while helping me. This is after I purchased a Fire arm for my wife which they never called tell me it had arrived, we had to call. They told us it hadnt arrived it was sitting in the back for 4 days. Fin Feather and Fur will Get and further outdoor related business from this family.

The employee I was talking to when purchasing my first gun was so helpful. I was looking for something for self defense, and he answered all my questions, showed me all I needed to know, and even directed me to lessons and upgrades I can get. Its a shame the store is closing now.. I do hope all their knowledgeable employees get the jobs they deserve after all of this!

This store is a nicely laid out, and stocked location. Being in closeout status and supposedly marking down prices...DONT BE FOOLED! They have HIGH prices. Seems the old mark up then give a small discount scam is being used to sell items at the same high prices they ALWAYS had. Firearms and ammunition are the same...without markdowns, although..still highly priced.

Theyre going out of business and their stuff is still way overpriced! Their going out of business sale is a joke. The store is clean and they have a lot of stuff, but theyll continue to have a lot of stuff until the day they close because theyre too expensive. No wonder why they went bankrupt... Dicks will be next if they dont start lowering their prices.

Most of the workers scowled at me and were hesitant to help. I over heard one say towards me to "go back home you dirty Mexican. " I almost wanted to chime in that Im an Eskimo from Alaska but I have come to the conclusion that you cannot fix stupid and let them be.

this is a great store, you can find nearly anything you need. It is a little pricey but its good quality! The staff is helpful and nice and they know you. I go here weekly and i love it i would recommend this store to anyone and everyone.

DO NOT BUY A GUN FROM THERE! Only had our gun for a day & it ended up being a faulty gun and blew back in my boyfriends face & they wont even take the gun back! Will never go there again & will make sure everyone knows about their guns!

Absolutely terrible gun shop salesmen. Had no knowledge of the different bennelli shotguns and if you want to sell/trade a gun, good luck with that. They will offer about a 3rd of your guns worth.
