I understand why Whole Foods decided to locate in Naples. This store is for the following types of people. A. for the healthy obsessive type. B. Must have the most expensive stuff. C. Just too much money on hand D. And the spoiled type. I must say they do spoil you. The customer service is OUTSTANDING. Everyone is smiling and asking if I need help. Which is really great. At the end of almost every aisle is FREE sample of cookies or bread salmon & such. Whole Food must get a percent of the term gluten free ..EVERY 2 feet is a little sign. Its everywhere. Plus the term organic. Though I do not believe there is a government standard for organic for everything on the law books. I must say the cooks & chefs do a Excellent job on all the prepared food. The bakery has to die for stuff. Great for the taste buds bad for for the waist line and diabetics. They do use local produce and such. Salmon was at a good price of $5.99 lb... cheaper than Costco. Though the local crab claws were 35 bucks a pound.ouch Over all a good place but not for the average family or those living pay check to pay check. I bought a few items: fresh made and sliced to order french bread, some foreign hot cocoa powder. olives and such at $10.99 lb. and the deal of the day BOGO of red pepper & garlic hummus,4.29. Oh yes take note at the check out counter is a small sign that states: ALL FORM OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED... That tells me they will accept a GOAT, PIG, GOLD DUST OR DIAMONDS if I desired to use. So if you wish to use other payment feel free !!!!!!!!!!

Have gone to Whole Foods many times and enjoyed my experiences, but have never purchased fish from them until yesterday when my wife and I purchased some Hog Fish fillets. I took them out of the wrapping to clean them for my wife to cook and they were just full of bones so I had to de-bone them also. I was naturally disappointed, but thought someone just messed up and that can happen. Well we had to go back again today to get something else so I thought I would let the seafood dept know about the boney fillets. Much to my surprise when I mentioned this to the person behind the counter, I was told that they never remove the bones from their fillets and if I wanted that done I needed to tell them, but they do charge extra for that service. After I finished laughing, I told him that I have a better solution and that was to never buy another piece of seafood of any kind from that department. How is that for poor customer service?

Another Whole Foods, ahh what would I do without you WF? Visited here while visiting Naples it was in a quiet plaza, the parking was a bit small but there werent that many cars, lots of senior citizens in Naples, which means the inside of this place is extremely quiet unlike Miami or Tampa, selections were good, the place was clean but the lines were long which made me think twice about buying anything (I didnt) and the employees seem to play hide and go seek, theyre not around when you want to ask for help finding something, but guess in the end it doesnt matter because I didnt buy anything at this location anyway. Maybe if the lines werent so backed up I would have purchased some of my usuals.

With all of the dining options around this Whole Foods Market at the Mercato in Naples its easy to overlook the unique wine bar built into the back of the store. Yes, a wine BAR, not the aisle you buy wine from to drink later. You pull up a stool, order a glass, and a drink is served to you for immediate consumption (beer is also on tap). Food is also there to order, including great sliders. So, next time everywhere else is a 1 hour wait, propose the Whole Foods Wine Bar to your friends. They will have no choice but you reward you for this great find by buying the first round.

What can I say about Whole Foods, I love shopping and catching a bite or a beer there! They have a wonderful grocery department, great produce, deli, bakery is unreal, and the prepared food selection is to die for. You can even have a bite to eat there at the front seating area and relax. the staff goes above and beyond to make your visit a special one and are very good at ordering or assisting you in selection of products. I recommend the store and bring my real estate customers to Whole Foods all the time and they love it! Just another great reason to LOVE Naples FL

The store is great but people call it "Whole Pay Check" because everything is pricey in here. That is not a problem for the people that live in North Naples so this store does well. There is a bar in here with a couple of TVs. It is not a cool bar like other Whole Foods. It feels like they just threw it together. They would have been smart to place it in the front of the store where the great outdoor seating is at. The seating outside is great plus you can find some shade too. It gets hot down here and I dont need to cook along with my food.

Very disappointed! The main reason I shop at Whole Foods is because they used to have a great selection of cruelty-free and vegan items. During my last visit, yesterday, I couldnt find many of the items I used to buy. One of the ladies who works in the cosmetic section told me the store was not buying those products anymore. Same thing happened when I asked in the grocery section. I hope Whole Food reconsiders keeping a good amount of vegan and cruelty-free items, the way they did in the past.

Why oh why did you change the "bar" in our Naples Whole Foods? Part of the allure and great part was the casual stop while youre shopping, have a beer, meet friends. Now you have to order Orr the menu. No more select a sample a beer out of the fridge or get food from the hot bar. Completely disappointed and we have been regular visitors for the past couple of years. Not to mention service was terrible. Would say in this instance change is not necessarily good ! #disapponted

As always, outstanding (!). Especially enjoyed this visit, because AFTER doing all my shopping, I happened past the excellent little cafe where it was "pizza and beer for $8" day. Could NOT resist. Very nicely, they rolled my entire cart into the giant fridge (lotsa dairy) while I sat there comfortably enjoying a unique beer and a truly excellent made-to-order margherita pizza (with extra basil). Very enjoyable shopping experience.

Very large and comprehensive Whole Foods Market in a very high scale part of town. Everything you need is there plus a huge amount of prepared food and deli items. Seem to be a favorite lunch time stop for many people when I was there. Its just too bad that its at one end of the city rather than more in the middle and more accessible for those of us living south. Still always worth the trip, love their home roasted turkey meats.
