Just a great place. Dont forget to check out their sister store, next-door, Thoughtful Threads for organic clothing. (organic undergarments are important…polyester bras are loaded with toxic petrol-chemicals and should not be worn.) ~Well stocked with quality supplements & knowledgable staff. ~Fresh, organic, locally and sustainably grown produce. ~Appealing atmosphere- lush foliage, inside and outside dining. ~ Impressive selection of organic wines. ~A bit of everything, from cleaning products, raw dairy, animal foods, seaweed, prepared foods, etc.. ~Varied menu including a raw food meal of the day. ~They regularly host educational talks (check their calendar). As a health educator (Top Game Health) I regularly bring clients on "shopping trips" and the only cons to Food & Thought are: ~Lunch time gets very busy in season (yet they do a good job keeping up) ~No bulk section ~Limited space limits their inventory

Prices here are pretty high (especially if you’re used to shopping similar stores with same items back in Tampa Bay)… however I do understand Naples items are typically pricier and this is in a prime location. Food & Thought sprawls between three areas with the open outdoors / plants-for-sale / outdoor seating at the center. Despite how many items were packed into a small area, everything was still very clean, organized and welcoming. At the deli, most items revolved around Soups, Salads, and Sandwiches but the only things I’ve tried are from the Coffee area. My dairy-free Strawberry shake was freakin’ pricey at $7 and tasted strongly of Coconut (I believe they just blended up a Coconut-based ice cream). It tasted creamy, smooth, and delicious… but dang that price! Their Lattes were better in price and had a delicious strong, robust flavor through the Cream.

5 stars for options and variety in fresh produce, supplements, cafe, and tasty restaurant section. I usually enjoy the food and definitely more so than most other restaurants. I gave two stars because several bad experiences with employees. Staff is hit or miss with courtesy and cleanliness. Last time I was there I bought a 13$ salad and the only options for dressing are in a communal area with two options. All the dressing was messy and covered with sticky and oily fingerprints and the avocado I paid extra for was rotten. Seriously? Dressing should be an option at checkout or at least dispensed in a better way. This has happened several times and at their prices this is making me hesitate to return for such experiences.

Very friendly organic deli and grocery store in the heart of Naples. Wide variety of meals through out the week. The team in the kitchen shows special love and creativity for the "Raw Meal" offering: dairy free, gluten free, vegan ingredients assembled to a favor rich for the environmental conscious foodie. Over the years of weekly meals, we witness unwavering commitment to quality and customer needs. And if you dont feel the solid food today go for one of the rich selection of Smoothies or Fruit Juices.

One of the few non-corporate, forward thinking entities in town. Granted there subsidized by a very large produce wholesale organization and ownership treats it as a loss leader and cost of being a good citizen in Naples, we benefit. Great people, great food, great relaxed atmosphere. While dining on their patio youd almost think you might be in a progressive city like Austin, Chicago, Los Gatos, etc. Very un-affected offerings and atmosphere. Total winner for whatever city it would be in.

We are so happy to have finally found a nice organic market in Naples area. We shop there at least twice a week. Very satisfied with the quality and all. However, please keep prices in your mind and compare those to what youre paying at the register. Cashiers there dont pay much attention to it. Tonight I had to correct my cashier three times or I would have to pay twice as much for what I had purchased. We are usually in a haste and dont pay much attention to how much we are paying per item.

It is great to have a truly organic restaurant and market in Naples, especially one where the owner grows much of the food locally. Vegan heaven with a raw dish daily, a vegetarian one as well as fish and meat, all to the same standards as in the market. It is a clean, caring environment. Great meals for lunch or dinner and superb whole grain pancakes. Just the best if you watch what you eat or if you are in the mood for fantastic, simple, real food.

Every time I come to Naples I cant wait for my trip to stock up at Food & Thought! the staff are so wonderful and helpful...just the best people ever! the prepared food is amazing and I cant believe how many products they carry that I can only usually get mail order. Love perusing and its just the right size to enjoy without getting overwhelmed. oh, their prepared chicken salad is ridiculously good...like what is in it?

Few vegan options. The vegan bliss shake was phenomenal. I chose Coconut and cherry mix! Delicious. The staff wasnt judgey or rude regarding my vegan diet and extra questions necessary to make my choice. Which isnt easy to come by btw.. Helpful, understanding staff. Big usda organic sign at the entrance which I loved. Quaint, garden-like outside eating area.

Wonderful little cafe and health food store with great atmosphere and really nice outdoor seating. Really great vegetarian and vegan options. Everything in the store and cafe is 100 percent USDA certified organic. Great daily entres, good smoothies. Can be a little pricey, but not too outrageous.

Amazing eatery grocery and cafe. All organic, fresh, And delicious. I have been to numerous health food stores and cafes all over the world and This one by far is my favorite. Nice outside couetyard and seating beautiful trees and plants make for a relaxing and enjoyable eating experience.

100% Organic grocery store and cafeteria. Where else can you find this combination? Less expensive then whole foods and closer to Naples proper. We like to say its one of the top few reasons to love living in Naples. Try the breakfast lunch or dinner and pick up some groceries.

I was thrilled to find this market while visiting Naples. Its always a challenge to stay on my organic diet while away from home and his place provided a wonderful cafe with breakfast lunch and dinner options. I also enjoyed the juice and smoothie bar. :) :) :)
