I recently moved here from Tampa Bay. I thought I was going to have to order a lot of products Im used to online. BUT, they had just about everything here. The store is clean, well kept and I had a really good customer service experience. Everyone there was more than willing to help. Quite a few people were waiting to check out and immediately two other cashiers showed up to get things moving. Good experience!!

I wish another health food store would open in the area because every visit to the Health Basket is a horrible experience. Ive never experienced such nasty, rude, behavior from store workers in my life. Its not just one time, its every time, and mostly at the smoothie bar. I do not buy produce from there because an employee told me that they buy regular fruits & vegetables and label them as organic.

Rude staff. First time visiting. Nobody greeted me, I told the girl at the juice bar I had never been in before and she didnt welcome me, give me a quick run down of what they offer, nothing. Even the cashier was slow to acknowledge me as she was busy talking to another employee. Too bad. I saw several things in the store I could give as gifts and use for myself. Ill find them elsewhere.

As a health nut and a person who has been diagnosed with cancer this store has been extremely helpful in getting me the best food high end vitamins & supplements money can buy. The juice bar employees and floor staff are courteous and professional. I literally went from 146 pounds to 178 because of this place. I feel great. Thank you Health Basket.

The employees were not friendly at all, especially the smoothie bar lady. Bad customer service and sub par selection. Very small fresh section, mostly processed and packaged stuff. High process on many items when for organic products. Sad to say we will shop elsewhere for organic foods and products.
