James, I agree...Horrible...I was at the Gun Show Saturday May 26, 2012...looking for an Ambidextrous Safety Selector for my AR... S.A.I. said to go by the shop on Tuesday...when I get there they were unloading a van full of stock...but the guy tells me to come back in a Couple of Hours, like if Gas is FREE...instead of locking the van and assisting a Customer, he just blew me off...Instead of getting upset I was thankful that I didnt give these idiots my business, nor will they have any business from my family, friends or co-workers...I eventually found my gun part from a real gun store...So be warned folks, if you want a real gun store, go somewhere else...dont spend your money here...Pathetic...

Terrible customer service!! Terrible selection!! Terrible prices!! I went in for a holster, ammo, and possibly another gun. I was looking for a specific holster I asked the guy he said "whatever we have over there" Then I asked for 9mm ammo he said all he had was in bags "home made ammo" for .70 cents a bullet. For 50 thats $35!! Thats double than what I pay for professional BOX of 50!! Then I look in their case to see what they have in 40 cal. and all they had was 1 gun. Anything else they could order but would take 1 to 2 weeks to get there!! Are these guys serious!! I would give them less than 1 star but google wont let me.

In my opinion the best gun store in Miami. Staff is extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, and are always willing to help, whether you are brand new to guns or a seasoned vet. Youll see a lot of customers come in just to talk shop with the guys. Thats what makes Security Arms International great. Jimmy and Brit are excellent guys, and Luis is running a quality organization. Im lucky to have found this place and dont go anywhere else. Negative reviews must be from other gun shops because I have nothing but praise for this great shop. A+++

Very friendly and helpful staff. I have purchased several guns here over the past few years. They are always getting new and trade-in guns of all makes and models and offer them at fair prices. They employ former military personnel and have always acted professional and friendly when I shop here. Yes I do shop at other stores and after experiencing the normal runaround at other gun shops in Miami, I always return to SAI for their friendly professionalism. They will continue to receive my business for these reasons.

bought a G23 Gen3 about 2 yrs or so. . I went back for trade in for a G21 gen4 45 auto and they tried giving me 200$ I paid 550$ so their charging me 700$ for trade deal of $450 dollars ? No deal. So I sold my firearm $400 cash on armslist gen 3 .40sw never failure to eject never failure to feed have ran high capacity mags never a jam over 2000 rounds with no issue ever & being gen 3 w/plastic guide rod.

All past reviews need to be cast aside since the owner was away on tour in Iraq while the the people he trusted tarnished his businesss name. Those people are gone now and the owner is back. They have targets, ammo, and very fair transfer rates. In addition, the owner was very helpful attentive and kind. Trust me this will now be my one stop shop for range days from now on.

I found this place online on gun genie and they had the best price for a Walther PPQ 45. I got there after work and the staff was courteous and helpful. They didnt have the gun on site, but they ordered it for me, and I got it after a week. Very happy with my experience. The ammo was a bit expensive though, but overall its a good place to shop for guns and rifles.

This place is ridiculous. As soon as I walked in they acted like they were doing me a favor by helping me. Two employees were arguing. I try to buy 200 rounds of 9mm and they have not one bullet for sale! Absolutely ridiculous.

Very bad, I hope they change management. Too expensive, my best friend went over there to pick up a gun, they charged him $50 for a transfer. Everywhere else was $25.
