pues esta curioso leer tantas quejas. de verdad, llevo 2 anos ahi y siempre te tratan igual de bien. corrigen precios cuando hay errores, las cajeras son super amables. hasta te llevan a tu casa con su camioneta cuando gastas mas de 50 $. tiene buen surtido en general... siempre encuentras de todo. es un poquito abajo de publix en sus precios.

I am a frequent customer here and I enjoy alwaus finding things on sale and diversity among the products from all types of countries especially Colombian and Puerto Rican products. Today I was given a bag with a hole in it and a stick of deodorant was missing, I called and spoke to a manager over the phone and was reassured that it wouldnt be a problem and over the phone promised to give me another deodorant. I arrived, spoke to the manager and was given a deodorant and an apology for the incovenience. What great customer service!

Actually, the grocery part is awesome, but the deli, which is a concession, truly SUCKS! The staff has that "mañana" attitude, but they are super pleasant! The owner of the deli concession obviously under staffs and there is always a long wait. The sandwiches are good, but the hot food is tasteless. I used to go everyday, but due to the below average food and the slow service in the deli I rarely go, and only when I have no choice. It would behoove the grocery owner to get rid of this deli concession.

Best wine deals ever! They always have a great wine selection and I love that they are starting to stock more organic choices, aaaannnd its open 24hours! This is a good bargain place with great prices. The Haitian night manager is wonderful and always greets us when we come in, makes the experience great. My only complain is that the cashiers do not offer good customer service and but doesnt bother me really, i dont really interact with them too much.

Its cheaper than Publix which is less than 3 blocks away. But it doesnt have a good variety of products nor does it accept Samsung or Apple pay. There is always a fake guard at the door for some reason. Doesnt have a good selection of vegetarian or vegan alternative foods. The place is more run down than Publix. I only go here if Publix or Whole Foods are closed; its open all the time even on most holidays.

This place sucks. Food is rotten. Deli department is horrible. And when u ask for a manager they say "hes not in right now" call tomorrow. AVOID THIS PLACE. go to Publix 1 minute away. That RUDE fat dirt bag Andy from the deli department gave me a hot milk instead of the coffee I ordered and charged me 4 dollars!!! This place is run by NASTY DIRT BAGS, who dont deserve your money!!!

Two stars one because is 24 hours the second because doesnt have it all but theres most of stuff youll find i a decent supermarket, the three missing stars are the following, first: is not very clean and not well set up, second: horrible customer service specially from manager and third most products seem to be expired or very close to expiration date and i meant a day or two.

This is the worst place i dont know why there even open. They should be CLOSED for good.!!!! Bad customer service, manager is very rude a d the expired merchandise. I think your better off buying food from a third world country than here... good luck enter at your own risk and beware of no good old food.

This supermarket looks DANGEROUS! They have a security with a gun standing right by the door... making the supermarket so sketchy. The worst part is that alot of their foods are EXPIRED! Be careful shopping here... theres a Publix right behind this ghetto place avoid this supermarket.

They open 24/7. May not be the best supermarket but you know its gonna be open and you can actually get some specialty Latin and Caribbean ingredients. Prepared foods dont look good at all. Prices tend to be favorable.
