Ive been coming here for over 4 years and today was the last day I will ever come! I come here for BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND DINNER! I went to the dely and wanted a specific brand of chicken and the lady told me she couldnt serve me that chicken because another one was opened I explained that thats not the brand of chicken I wanted, I wanted another type of brand and she went to get the manager the manager I agreed with her and shrugged her shoulders! What kind of customer service is this? Im the customer like if I wanted to open the hole damn dely you do so because Im the customer! Not only was the employee and the customer rude and were not able to help me even another employee said that is ridiculous what they did to me! I left $220 worth of grocies right there and left! I rather go to the Publix in 69th st that I know for a fact their customer service is above and beyond! WARNING THIS PRESIDENTE IS DISGUSTING DIRTY AND FULL OF RUDE EMPLOYEES AND MANAGER THAT WILL NOT HELP YOU! 4 YEARS COMING HERE EVERYDAY AND I GET THIS?

I really like Presidente store #32, (except their websites frequent lack of the Weekly Ad timely update!) especially for their weekly specials in their deli where quality luncheon meats and cheeses are always priced below $4 which is a real bargain compared to Publix whose sales prices are generally up around $8-10!!! Even their regular prices are lower than Publix sales prices! I also like their fresh produce... The one thing I HATE about Presidente corporation is their website because they frequently dont update their on-line weekly promotions advertisement before the sale that begins on Wednesday and sometimes they dont update it at all for that week! I have repeatedly written to them that they need to kick their IT staff in the butt because this is UNACEPTABLE and they must be losing customers and money when one is unable to know whats on sale without actually going to the store... BAD BUSINESS!!!!

This store should be a Fresh Market, WholeFoods or Publix in order to better serve customers from North Bay Village, North Beach and Mimo Biscayne. Produce is on its last days (thats why it is cheap), common brand products are generally 10 to 40% more expensive than Publix (mayo, deodorant, anything with a major brand), and the building is in much needed renovation. The parking lot floods continually. Even the sound system is distorted, which makes standing in line a real torture. The people that work there are courteous and friendly. While you do find some interesting products from Latin America (aji from Peru, cookies from Brazil and sweats from Uruguay__this is the real plus of this establishment____the area does deserve better choices, and I dont mean too sound snobbish here. It hurts to spend money at Presidente, but it is the only place on NBV.

Por favor sintonicen el radio!!! Es un fastidio la cantidad de estática que se escucha y todos los días es igual, 90% estática y 10% música. Tambien deberían tratar mejor a los americanos que los visitan, mi esposo y mi suegro no quieren volver porque dicen que son racistas con ellos, que los ignoran y los tratan mal. Les debería dar vergüenza, ante todo estamos en su país!

What do you need to work there? Nothing, just apply for the job and youll get the badge with your name. People are too friendly. Not in the good way, but in the "more talking and less doing" way. The cashiers spend too much time trying to solve someone elses problems than caring about their job. The manager never sees it or just dont care. They let the lines grow in their small Isles while arguing with somebody from another line because "they have to help the coworker". Wake up people! Your job is to sell stuff, products, not being union leaders. The more time you spend looking towards the other cashier, the more your line grows. We dont go there to have a social life, but to fulfill our refrigerators.

Excelentes precios y gran variedad de productos con muchos especiales cada semana. Es una excelente cadena para familias de bajos ingresos en este caso esta siempre limpio y en general bien ordenado. a diferencia de otros mercados de la cadena. Ubicado en un precioso lugar donde solo ir vale la pena.

Doy una estrella pues en general los Presidentes Supermarket dejan mucho q desear, se han convertido en lugares sucios, mal olientes, en fin la Junta Directiva de los Presidentes no respecta a sus clientes pues no le importa nada más q ganar dinero

I went there with my girlfriend, we were trying to buy some milk and cereals for the breakfast when we got approached by the security guard, he told us that we are not allowed shopping with our backpacks on. We let him know of course that we were not the only ones carrying bags, we showed him customers carrying their bags right in front of him, he said that its the rule. We left without making any trouble, and went to another supermarket. We are very disappointed.

Besides that the prices are the best in MIami Beach. Today I forgot my handbag in the parking lot. As soon as I realized it and came back... with no much hope. I asked to the black Haitian guy that was in charge of collecting the carts for my handbag. He gave it to customer service!!! I had cash, iphone and really expensive sunglasses!!! everything was there!!!! That guy is really an asset to the supermarket. You should promote him!!!

I believe there is a situation with the management of this place, the majority of the workers are nice, but the place is a mess, products or special offer are exhausted, the bananas arent good, there are expired products or almost expired, the meet doesnt look good nether, I hope president management realize that they have to find someone to organized this place

only wish they pick the phone. i tried to call the store many times in different dates and times but they never ansemwer the phone. i live a bit fatmr from the store and it has been occasion i went to the store but they ran out of the product i was looking for, so before i go i wanted to call and ask so i dont lwaste my trip.

Havent been to this market in years; amazing selections of fresh produce and the butchers department had some of the nicest looking meats I have seen in a long time , with extremely reasonable low prices! Highly recommended neighborhood supermarket!
