Most cashiers are young and ignorant. Dont work in a customer service position if your going to act pissy when you have to do your work. Most of the time the cashiers can be found gossiping when they should be working. Every product there is treated badly and not stored properly. Along with every other tops I am nothing. Example, bought some ice cream bars they were melted and refrozen, the stick was hidden someplace inside the ice cream.

I grew up shopping at Super Duper/Market Basket (now Tops). The store offers a reasonable selection for this size of town but if you are looking for a big selection, head into Wegmans. The staff is nice and will probably remember you if you shop there enough. The store is very outdated. It is also a pain to pull back out onto the street.

Thanks for turning a negative experience into a positive. I pretty much always shop Tops in Waterford. It pays to support local business, especially in a small community. When people know you they want your business and want to have satisfied customers. Tops is tops! Happy Thanksgiving!

Produce section is good. I really like the BOGO s they have on various other groceries; and sometimes buy two get three free. They often ask if you need help getting groceries to the car; which is really appreciated. I feel like Im saving money too.

This is one of my favorite grocery stores. Its quite small, but they have just about everything I need. The donuts are delicious. Try the glazed croissants. Youll thank me. If you shop at any Tops, then you know the sales are really good also.

They have alright deals if you know how to look for them, but the cost for food and other goods is very high. I do not like shopping here simply because they are so expensive. Beyond that the staff here is very nice.

Great place to pick up a few quick items. Probably wouldnt recommend doing all of your grocery shopping there. Smaller selections and higher prices than in Erie.

This is a fine grocery store. Its a bit expensive for the area, but its the only grocery store in town so I guess they can charge whatever they want.

They are legit so over priced down there. Not to mention the atmosphere is depressing and most the cashiers act like they hate there job.

There prices are sky high, not friendly people working there, they talk to there co workers instead of paying attention to the customer.

Their sales are really good on certain things but otherwise pretty expensive, friendly workers

Same as always. You pay a bit more for the convenience of a home town grocery.
