I have had same telephone number for over 20 years with Sprint. This store has professional people but as far as the service from Sprint, it is horrible. Go to another cell provider like ATT or Metro PCS. you can never ever get the billing correct. I found out I was over charged by $60 per month for a year. Still waiting. The Sprint website is always down, the telephone support you cannot understand them. They must have call centers in South America. I wish I had never ever used sprint.

Store manager, Joseph S., provides exemplary customer service. Our family has four devices which were purchased at this location. My sons phone became damaged. Instead of sending me away to submit an insurance claim on my own (as directed by another associate), he submitted it himself in the store. I appreciate the ownership and expeditious service. used to have this nice handsome gentleman named Josh help me and he was wonderful. Now he transferred to another store and the manager at this location just sits and plays on her ipad. the building kind of smells funny. Looks funny too. But there is a sonic close by so I enjoy getting lunch for me and my furry friends! (I have 6 adorable kitties MEOW! :)

I was at the store Friday, November 15, 2013 to pick up the 4th battery since June. The tech who waited on me could not answer either of my two phone questions ... 1 about email and the other about the Sprint Retail Diagnostic App that kept popping up after last visit. As I left he said "If you have any questions, please visit again." Is he joking?
