This mall is still hanging in there it has a good selection of stores including Hollister, American Eagle, H&M, and more. Parts of the mall are vacant including the former Macys wing there is a FYE store still here. The department stores really show its age like Dillards the carpet is old and stained and the bathrooms are outdated. Easy shopping without the big crowds normally its busier on weekends and holidays. Hope the mall can survive for many years to come its well updated in the mall just not the department stores. The mall could increase security every mall needs plenty of security for mall safety. Either way its a pleasant shopping experience hope they include more stores soon so it doesnt get more vacant. Lots of traffic goes to Brandon Mall due to all the stores they have which Lakeland mall doesnt have. Lakeland Mall is great mall and very enjoyable and the food court has plenty of places to eat.

This is my experience after trying to get in contact with the mall manager over several phone calls, none of which were answered or returned. I have sat in the mall management office for 10 minutes now with no offers for assistance. One of the employees looked at me through his door, then looked down and dramatically exhaled, clearly showing contempt for their customers. He closed the door, and I could hear what sounded like it couldnt be anything but a belt being fumbled with, and then a zipper. Some unnamed representative finally came up to speak with me, and she told me that performing permits arent distributed, despite a security officer having told me they can be. I am not just fighting for myself, I want to get a shade put up over the bus benches so other people and I wont have to suffer, baking in the insane heat that Florida is famous for.

I like this mall . Its bigger than eagle ridge. But some of the people are rude. One of the bridal store ladys were rude me and my friends went in there and looked at dresses. Then we started looking at the heels. And the store lady was like "if ur just gonna play with shoes , get out!" Like wtf.. Then we just went out. An afterward around closing time I couldnt find my mom. So I went to security and my friend told him that we need Help finding her. So he just said "go in and find her, And Hurry up!" Finally this one nice lady at like a jeweled stand helped us.. Security there SUCKS and store owners are rude.. So

Staff was great. I loved miss ann shes amazing. Freindly house keeper. Did everything i asked for everyday without hesitation. My husband is a truck driver and miss sara the manager allowed me to stay as lomg as i need until his trianer got there. Pet freindly hotle but gotta tell u. Rooms didnt smell like pets. We didnt hear and pets the whole 2weeks we were there. Prices are good. And the restaurant s are just a walk away. And 5 min from harrys new orleans style resturante. Omg you habe to try it. Anyhow hotle is between tampa and orlando. Safe neighborhood and respectful ppl in the area.

Cada dos semanas voy al mall y lo q no me agrada es que los alrededores estan sucios basura donde quiera en la entrada del mall necesitan tener una mejor apariencia tienen buenas tiendas y por dentro del mall se ve muy bien al igual la comida solo es ese detalle de limpieza

In manchen Geschäfte könnten die Angestellten freundlicher sein dillards. Und nicht immer fragen ob mach schon fertig ist obwohl man noch schauen möchte . Das kommt einem vor als wollen die nicht verkaufen . Deshalb nur 3 Sterne. Die Mall alles in allem 5 sterne

Si quieres pasar un buen rato, este es un buen lugar con gran numero de reconocidas tiendas, precios asequible mejores que en otros Mall, varas cafeterias, un cine. Bastante cercano de Sams Club. Una muy buena opcion para todos

When you see how empty it is getting..... Take Note Dont scurry your customers away just so you can close on time. How about actually staying open another hour or two so customers can finish shopping. Not everyone has banker hours and I am in line with plenty of other customers as we are being driven out of the businesses. Im done spending my money where someone doesnt want my business.

Everything is overpriced in mostly every store but I like to look around anyway I like the game attic store which has old school Nintendo video games and original Xbox video games Im mad that they got rid of the pet store because i would always go in there everytime.I really wish it was a two story mall that has escalators so it could have a lot more stores that would be cool

Mall is going thru a revamp and adding new stores. H&M just opened. Victoria Secret and Bath & Body Works moved to new locations and opened beautiful new stores. We had lunch at Asian Chao and the food was Awesome!! Staff was courteous and it looked like one of cleanest restaurants in the food court. Got great deals throughout the mall, will definitely be back often!

I gave this mall four stars mostly because American malls are dying out and this one is still hanging in there. It is also one of those malls you DONT get trapped in bc its too big or in the middle of no where. This one has easy access in and out and is surrounded by more stand alone shopping and restaurants and near a major highway.

So many stores that were high quality have closed in this mall. Macys is on its way out, and there are cheap shops like Nova that sell Chinese knock-off goods that might last a whole week. Save your money and go to a better mall. This one is good for Dillards, and thats about it. Oh, and the food court does have some decent food.

This mall is okay, I guess. Every time I go I try to get in and get out as soon as possible. The last time I went I saw a guy get tasered like 3 feet away from me. If you can go to any other mall I would recommend that you do, but if this is the only place close to you its not too bad they can definitely improve.

Lets get some stores in there that everybody wants to go to not the handful of rednecks that still live in this town we dont need a camouflage store in the Lakeland Mall, want this mall to be flourishing and booming put stores that people go to, need a hint go to the Brandon Mall thats where I drive.

Old and run down. Food court has filthy tables, I dont even want to know what the bathrooms look like. Its more like an indoor flea market with a few chain stores in it. Burlington is ghetto and normally you can tell a place is going down hill when they add one to the mall. Drive to Tampa or Orlando.

Pardon our dust! This mall is going through major changes for the better! What used to be a sketchy run down mall is now beginning to look like a smaller version of the Florida Mall in Orlando! Many new higher end stores are going in and its drawing a nicer crowd than was typical a few years ago!

I think it is the perfect mall for this location. Right between Orlando and Tampa. They have really been moving with taking something that was not managed well for many years and reviving it into not just a more beautiful place to shop, but a more family friendly, and fun place to be.
