This places parking lot was clearly designed by intoxicated furry primates. Coming in the main driveway from Center Ridge via left turn, you cannot legally go straight at the first "intersection" in the lot because of the solid line (which means "do not cross"). HATE having to get back into my vehicle for personal safety to get from one shop to another but the sidewalks and "crosswalks" are utterly stupidly laid out, they clearly only did enough pedestrian "planning" to satisfy the briefest of glances to appearance. I enter/exit via w.210 almost exclusively (its stupidly designed but not nearly as bad as the Center Ridge entrance) and STILL have had many near-miss accidents with inattentive drivers or seen traffic backed up due to not enough space given for turn lanes (exiting to 210 can be an adventure, the line of cars wanting to make the left out is often 10x the volume of cars making a right turn out, but theres only enough space in the left turn lane for about 4 cars - meaning that even though its legal to turn right on red, youre going to be stuck there for a while waiting for the folks that are waiting for the left turn lanes green-light availability... its taken up to 4 light changes during the holiday season for me and thats WITH avoiding the place unless theres no other reasonable option). Not worth the bother, I often drive ~3x as far to go to the same stores at Great Northern or Avon Commons instead just to avoid the parking lot layout stupidity.

Dolce Wraps is the only reason I gave Westgate 2 stars rather than 1. Otherwise, its a miserable ocean of parking lots that make it absolutely impossible to walk from one store to another. This should be a centralized location for gathering members of the community. Instead, its every automobile for itself navigating to the stores they need to get in and out of as soon as possible. Its architectural layouts like this that do no favors for the lack of community suburban America suffers from. All that said, and it only gets worse when you consider the fact they tore down an indoor shopping mall (a place where people could actually walk, talk, and hang out) to build this garbage.

I shop at Petco ..Books a Million And a couple other retail stores. Both Petco and the bookstore have helpful clerks and both have a variety of products. My only complaint is that Westgate used to be an enclosed shopping mall but it us not like that now. In northern Ohio we can get some brutal winter weather and having to walk from one store to another is far from pleasant...plus the stores are spread out too much. That is why I only shop in two places. I also found Lens Crafter employees pretty cold and the frames are much more expensive there for the same frames I found elsewhere

I had a worker harassing me and threatening me for parking my car in the far end parking lot where NOBODY parks. I call the corporate office to discuss the experience I had with this worker, and the person I spoke with in the corporate office was even more disrespectful. Instead of them being respectful and saying I can longer park there, I was yelled at and talked to like garbage. If the corporate office cant even give respect, I refuse to shop at any store located on their property ever again.

Love this shopping center for a huge mall-like selection of stores that can be far and few between. Always clean and very safe, well lit. Driving can be a bit chaotic as the paths linking parking lots are curvy and sometimes confusing when paths merge or cross. Be VERY careful as a pedestrian! There almost no sidewalks that go into or through this sea of parking lots and its even harder to determine how to safely cross driving paths when cars are often confused driving them.

Westgate has certainly transformed from the 80s-early 2000s when it was an indoor shopping mall, similar to Great Northern. In the mid to late 2000s, they tore down the mall and built up this new location. The only place that survives from the old mall days is Kohls. They have a great selection of stores and ample parking. Highly recommend this shopping center.

There is insufficent handicapped parking at this shopping center. Especially on the side by Books a Million, there are no handicapped parking spaces in front of that store, there are 3 along the side of the store that is shared with other stores. It isnt the book stores fault, its the management companys fault for not providing adaquate handicapped parking.

Since Im not a mall lover I found this place changing my mind. Its outdoors so no need for the heavy crowds. There are seats everywhere for folks like me who dont like shopping. The selection of stores is fantastic. Lots of restaurants, unfortunately most of them have cooks and not chefs but Im okay with that. Definitely a good to mall

Typical suburban shopping center. On the plus side, you can park near the store. On the minus side, if you need to go to multiple stores, you will need to navigate through various parking lots and driveways. No safe way to walk between them. There are a number of clusters of stores, lots of restaurants and a Lowes and a Kohls.

My typical shopping center. Wide range of stores. Can be super busy which includes traffic. My main stops: Marshalls, Target, Earth Fare, Books-a-Million, Ulta, Dressbarn, 5 Below, Chick-fil-a, Buffalo Wild Wings, Enso (hand rolled sushi and to order noodles). Great go to for Christmas shopping but expect craziness.

All the essentials are here, Target, Marshalls, Ulta, Sally beauty. Well all the essentials for me at least. I like this center because the driving flows and the only times you see this place crazy are on random Saturdays midday or around the holidays. Also I feel all the stores are well kept in this center.

While most of its very well cleaned and managed, the signage is lacking, making it difficult to find smaller stores without a phone. Everything else however is amazing as the range of stores and eateries is broad and the grounds are well managed.

Not as good as when it was a true indoor mall. You have to park at one store and then drive to the next store and park again...That sucks. I dont go here as often as I used to. I go to Five Below and Earth fare and sometimes Applebees.

Beautiful, clean, and neat shopping center in Fairview Park/Rocky River. Great spot right off of Rt. 20, and tons of shopping options---its basically a mini mall! Also really close to a park, which I thought was different.

Nothing special shopping center that is poorly designed. If you have to go to multiple stores be prepared to park your car multiple times or walk across great expanses of parking lot to get to each "section" of stores.

There is quite a bit here - lots of food options, several stores, and plenty of parking. The place is laid out kind of awkwardly so getting in and out can be a real pain when its busy. Otherwise a great place to shop.

Decent collection of retail and restaurants. Wished it had an old Navy and Bath & Body I like the idea of parking close to an individual store and not walking through a whole mall to get to it.
