Today at 3:00pm we went through the drive thru place an order for 10 drinks at this Star Bucks Sheraton an 41. All the Carmel Fraps had no taste of coffee, were more Milk Fraps. Strawberry Fresher taste like water an looked plus two fragments of strawberrys plus a coffee with lite creams look like a large glass of Milk. When my daughter walked in to ask to at least fix the refresher and coffee the person got angry that we ask. I will never return and will make sure there Corp office knows about our experience. If there was a "--5" I would give them a big negative.

Some employees are very good and some are lazy and disrespectful used to go every day I just got tired so much carelessness one day they make the drink perfect and some days terrible there is not consistent on the brevage I spect a perfect drink when spend almost $6 everyday and the supervisor I dont even want to go there. Now I have to drive all the way to park road for a coffe but I dont care as long I dont have to deal with a bunch of sloppy employees and micromanagement.

If you love lots of loud noises from careless workers who drop everything this is one noisy coffee shop to visit. It lacks good customer service. Errors include building design. A customer can expect sounds of the obnoxious grinder looming through the high ceiling. Above all you can expect 1 corporate cup of coffee. Beware Saturdays at 9pm ...doing deliveries through the front door instead of around the back because it gets in the way of the drive thru.

I asked for French vanilla extra extra and I gpt hazelnut and when I asked thw guy he told me the French vanilla and hazelnut were one in the same.....now I know thats not the case but I believed him and the sticker on my coffee legit says....no vanilla extra hazelnut like wtf I paid $6 for a coffee that I dont like cause of someones lies amd laziness errrrrr

my favorite Starbucks in Hollywood FL...next to Pollo Tropical Caribbean Restaurant...My coffee taste great...reminds me Seattle Starbucks coffee...and most important, complimentary wifis speed was decent...better than Coconut Creek Promenade where they have slow wifi....definitely coming back next time Im on Hollywood FL vacation.

For some reason this location has a problem with knowing where to put mobile orders, 3 times my orders end up at the drive thru. This last visit I actually watched the girl make my drink pouring tons of syrups in my Macchiato when my mobile order distinctly asked for no syrups UGH!! not happy with the management here.

Love this Starbucks in particular because of the amazing staff! Sam, Kat and Nicholas are all wonderful. They know my name, whether abbreviated or not, know what types of drinks I like and are always more personable. Order ahead using your app and drive through bypassing the speaker. Sam will love that! Lol

Out of dark coffee tried to sell me light coffee. I asked to brew dark coffee and waited for. I did get it but was not hot , just warm. Asked for a hot cup of dark roasted coffee and received a fresh brewed hot coffee. I did get it after asking twice and returned one cup. Thanks!

Decent place, coffees like all the others. i dont care if they know me by name, just want a decent cup and a comfortable place to surf for a while. The morning supervisor is a stalker watching everyone like a hawk as if you were going to rob the joint. Uncomfortable feeling.

Probably one of the best Starbucks locations Ive been too. They get to know what you drink and ask your name. Most times, by the time Im in line they already have my usual beverage started, although I throw them off by switching it up occasionally, -LoL- .....

When you order a $5 drink you expect something out of it. I got a "venti" mocha cappuccino half filled that tasted like dirt. God bless. EDIT: Drink was replaced, but still not the best Starbucks around - drive 5 minutes south to the Young Circle one.

First time ever I had to walk out of a Starbucks. My wife and I were never greeted at all two people working and no one said anything just work the drive thru only. We walk out and are heading to Dunkin donut. We know greeted friendly there.

Screw this place. Staff is nice and environment not bad but the manager seems to be a racist and makes people leave after a certain amount of time especially if you havent bought anything. No matter what you will be watched like a hawk

Great Starbucks location. They make your drink in a reasonably quick amount of time, and will always fix their errors. The baristas are kind and understanding, and the store is always clean.
