Terrible experience. Sent an email to the shop owner about how one of the sales associates Bobby, who not only was unable to help me with an issue, but was quite condescending. Ive yet to receive a response. Ill be reviewing this shop on yelp, twitter and any other social media outlet. Horrible service.

Terrible shop. This shop not only overpriced but the staff our Unknowledgeable and very rude. The employee Kenny didnt give me any info on glass and just talked about his dog to customers while I wait, he was the most rude u professional employee I ever come across. Will NOT be going back

I love this place! Theyve saved my life on a few occasions by carrying products that are usually only available on line. The prices are pretty standard but totally worth it because the place is beautiful, super clean and the staff is very patient, helpful and knowledgeable! A+

Overpriced and terrible customer service. Theyre selling products 50% over online costs and they wont refund anything even if its in original packaging still wrapped in plastic. I wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone.

Scale was $27.00 before tax. Same scale on Amazon for $7.00. Horrible pricing on all products. Been shopping at headshots for 20 years and never seen small scales at such high prices. Never coming back!
