Very sad to say that our experience with Rene was not as positive as other reviewers. After buying a vape at this store my wife discovered the product to be defective in the days after her purchase. When she tired to take it back to the store she was treated very rudely by Rene who initially refused any sort of refund or exchange, claiming that there was nothing wrong with the device. After raising his voice at her and becoming aggressive, Rene reluctantly replaced the defective vape and told my wife "you can leave now". This kind of treatment is unnecessary and poor business practice. We will never shop there again and will continue to discourage patronage to anyone that asks up about this store.

Let me be the first to tell you that this is probably one of the best customer service experiences that Ive had is a consumer. I flew down to Florida to go to a wedding because I was the best man and it was my job to throw the bachelor party and the first thing that I wanted to do is to get everybody a good solid stogie. Rene was beyond helpful with his knowledge in his industry. Polite patient....and answered ALL of my questions. Not only that But I VAPE BABY. He has so much eliquid at amazing prices. Im telling you right now. If youre reading this. Get in your car and get your ass down here. Acid Blonde is my personal Favorite. Take care Googlers

Stop by on a Friday night and shoot the bird with the owner Rene (nicest guy on earth), whose industry knowledge is second to none. Rene treats every customer like his best and makes you feel at home during every visit. Once the bag is secured..Dont be surprised if you find yourself lounging on the couch, talking sports, politics and business, listening to Frank Sinatra, hanging out with new friends, feeling like youve known them forever. Ft. Lauderdales greatest Cigar Shop..hands down!

I come to this shop on a weekly basis to not purchase the finest cigars carried in the area, but also to hang out with the owner Rene, who is extremely kind and genuinely cares about his customers. He never fails to go above and beyond when it comes to recommending new products I may enjoy or even just answering questions I may on a particular product. Highly recommend you stop by if youre in the area.

This shop is amazing. The section of cigars and e-liquids is the best Ive seen in south Florida. Customer service is outstanding, made me feel at home once I walked in. Rene is very knowledgeable about e-liquids. You can hang out and smoke a cigar and watch tv, read the paper or whatever. This place is AMAZING. HIGHLY recommended!!!!

The owner is awesome with his knowledge of vape supply, he has an ability to transition you from tobacco, but dont trust all of the employees. Some are are there to fix cell phones/iPads/etc. And yet, they have fixed my iPad perfectly!(my IPad got bent from heat and a cracked screen.) I will recommend this store to everyone I know.

Every time Im visiting one of the businesses next door there are people hanging out, being loud, obnoxious, and drinking. It looks like theyre all employees or friends with an employee- not sure which, but tonight I witnessed one of them shout sexual comments at a group of girls that had parked nearby. Not okay.
